This salad makes a great lunch or snack. It takes just minutes to prepare, is filling and is good for you as well.
Chunky Avocado Salad
- 1 avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
- ½ of a small onion, diced
- 1 small tomato, cut into small cubes
- Sea salt
Place avocado into a bowl and smash it lightly with a fork. Be sure to leave it pretty chunky. Add onion and tomato. Add sea salt to taste.
- For more flavor you can add some Italian dressing to the salad. You can eat it just like this or use wheat crackers and eat it as a dip
