This Pure Market Express
Chocolate Cheesecake is
worth the drive itself.

Chaska stepped up to the raw foods plate. If you're going out to the Renaissance Festival in the next few weeks, this is just up the street. It is also on your way home from the Cities if coming up from the Mankato direction.
Founded by Quentin and Rebecca Irey, Pure Market Express has raw foods for take out or for mail order. You can order from their website as well. All food is handmade to order and its downtown storefront will also offer tastings from their menu items.
Order desserts, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, soups and more at:
http://www.puremarketexpress.com/thefood/nowserving.html You can even order a "sampler set" to get you started, if this genre is new to you.
Their website is absolutely gorgeous and intuitive.
Located on the corner of Hwy 41 and 5th street, it replaces the Chaska Bakery space.
Visit it even if you are not a big "raw foods" fan - you will be pleasantly surprised by what you see, as a reporter for the Chaska Herald shared.
Despite being a "Cooking" writer, am very excited about this development. My kids select raw veggies and fresh ingredients first from their dinner plates (I serve raw food often) and I am excited to see there will be more options for them to consider.
