Pickle-Cream Cheese Pastrami Wrap - Big Pickle Way (shown): One large dill pickle is wrapped with a piece of pastrami smeared with cream cheese and then sliced into bite-sized pieces. Little Pickle Way: Gherkins are wrapped in the pastrami with cream cheese and eaten whole.
Sausage Balls - 2 cups bisquick, 1 lb sausage, and 10 oz shredded cheese. Mix ingredients together. Form 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet.
Fastest Cole Slaw on the Planet - 1 bag coleslaw mix (found in the bagged salad area), 1/3 c poppyseed dressing and a 1/2 teaspoon vinegar if you like it tangy or a 1/2 teaspoon Baker's Sugar if you like it sweeter. Mix all ingredients together. Done.
Goat Cheese - Dried Apricot - Dark Chocolate Shavings - Put a small dollop of slightly warmed goat cheese on a dried apricot and shave on a strip of very dark chocolate. You may warm 5 seconds in the microwave if desired.
Healthy Chicken Fingers - 1 lb chicken cut into strips and sprinkled with pepper/salt. Whip 2 eggs whites. Dip chicken into the egg whites and then into a bowl of panko crumbs. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Fried Garbanzo Beans
Fried Garbanzo Beans - 1 (16 ounce) garbanzo beans, 1/4 c flour, 1/4 teas cayenne pepper. Drain and rinse beans. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Mix flour and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper if desired (recommended). Toss garbanzos in flour mixture. Fry 1 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
Fresh Green Bean - Artichoke Salad - 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, 8 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts and a half cup of chopped salted pistachios. Cook beans for 4 minutes in one cup of water in a covered pan. Drain and rinse with cold water in colander. Drain again. Pour jar of artichokes over the beans in colander. Shake vigorously to remove excess liquid. Put into bowl and toss pistachios on top. Add black pepper if desired.
Jalapeno Cheese Appetizer - 1 8 oz block cream cheese, 1/3 c apricot jelly and 1/2 jalapeno pepper minced. Pour apricot jelly on block of cheese and sprinkle with jalapeno. Serve with crackers.
Cake Mix Cookies - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 box cake mix any flavor, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Remove 3 tablespoons from the cake mix and set aside. Add eggs and oil to cake mix and combine until smooth. If mix is too wet, add more dry mix. Drop in one inch balls on ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake for approximately 6 minutes or until slightly browned, being careful not to overcook.
Steamed Spinach Dip - 1 bag spinach, steamed in covered pot with 1 cup water and squeezed until most of water is drained. (or thaw a box of frozen spinach). Mix in 1/3 cup cream cheese with a generous squeeze of a half lemon and lemon zest from that half of a lemon. Season with pepper and salt as desired.
