Author Michael Bennett has worked for more than 20 years as a chef and writer in South Florida. Michael is a third-generation South Florida Restaurateur and lived in the Caribbean for more than three years researching tropical exotic foods for his two cookbooks; "In the Land of Misfits, Pirates and Cooks" and "Underneath a Cloudless Sky".
