Banana Pie and Split
- 1 frozen 9” pie shell
- 1 lg box instant vanilla Jell-O pudding
- 2 bananas peeled and cut into slices
- Whip Cream
- Shredded coconut
Make pie shell and pudding according to directions. Mix bananas in with pudding and fill pie shell with mix. Chill for ½ hour in the fridge. When serving top with whip cream and coconut.
Can be made with chocolate pudding and crumbled Oreo cookies also.
Chocolate Mousse
- 1 small box instant milk chocolate Jello-O pudding
- 1 container of cool whip
- Whip cream in a can
- Maraschino cherries with the stems
Make pudding according to directions. Mix with as 3 heaping tbsp whip cream. Chill 3 large mouth wine glasses in the freezer while chilling the mousse. Fill the glasses with mousse mix and top with whip cream and a cherry.
For an even more dazzling effect in the glass put 1 layer of mousse, one layer of whip cream, 1 layer of mousse and top with whip cream. When you make the layers slant them slightly to make them look like a candy cane effect.
You can dress these up a million ways, get creative and have fun with it!
