Growing up on the seacoast of New England you were always exposed to the great seafood dishes that made the coastal region famous. Developing a taste for seafood became easy with lobster houses and seafood restaurants abounding with delightful dishes.
After working in a number of restaurants Dana enrolled in the culinary arts program at Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute. He became Class President and was a dean’s list student.
His friends and colleges admired him for his public speaking ability.
With a passion for excellence his goal was to serve quality food. Dana and his wife opened a catering business which eventually grew to 25 employees. His business was frequently on the news and made the front page of the news paper a number of times.
As the catering business grew seafood and Italian dishes became favorites of their clients and family.
That was a few years ago. They now live in Johnstown where friends and family enjoy the same.
