Marcus Fenix / Donkey Kong
Many forms of entertainment such as movies, books, television, and comics are quite familiar with the idea of partnering with another successful franchise within their respective media and creating a crossover. The reluctant team-ups of Batman and Superman or Alien vs. Predator are a couple of the more high profile examples that come to mind.
There have been a handful of crossovers within the world of video games, like those found in the Super Smash Bros. series for instance. What if the idea for crossovers was taken one step further and two popular game characters were combined together to make one single entity.. That exactly the question being answered by this installment from the ongoing Characters of Gaming art series.
Marcus Fenix has always been a large ape of a man, so it felt only naturally to combine him with Donkey Kong above. Be sure to check out the rest below.

UGLY art

This is a shame. The art is really amateur. I wish that these concepts had been better executed. Mario/Sonic is a particular disappointment.
Assassin's Cell, God of Inferno? Crossing over the same game only works if it is a fighter
