A video which portrays the desecration of an American flag can now be seen on President Obama’s Organizing For America website. The video is one of many solicited by the Democratic National Committee which is sponsoring the "Health Reform Video Challenge.”
A so-called graffiti artist named “Saber” created the video and can be seen spray painting words such as “pre-existing conditions,” “homeless,” “death panel,” and “profit over life.”
The defacing continues until the entire flag is covered in black paint.
According to the DNC website, the video was selected by a group "comprised of DNC employees.” All of the video submissions were viewed to find "the most apt, creative, original and interesting video" which shows "clarity of message concerning supporting health insurance reform."
Obama supporter and editor of the Clyde Fitch Report, Leonard Jacobs, told Fox News: "I don't really think it's an issue. It's one of 20 videos, and graffiti is protected by the First Amendment. And it's certainly something that might hook up with the way people feel."
Another contestant, speaking to Politico on the condition of anonymity, said that a video “defacing the flag” will not help the Democrats pass a health care bill. The contestant went on to say of the video: “They should never pick that. It makes the Democrats look really, really bad.”
The desecration video is one of 20 contest finalists. The grand prize winning video will be seen in a nationally televised commercial to promote Obamacare. The final selection committee includes Va. Gov. Tim Kaine, and Black Eyed Peas lead singer will.i.am.
Organizing For America has refused to offer any comment on this matter.

This is atrocious! I can't believe that video would make it to the finals in a contest created by one of the 2 major political parties in this country. While the first amendment protects one's freedom of speech, it does not make it ok to trash the flag! If it was a Mexican flag, everyone would upset...why isn't everyone upset at this?

Why would the Democratic Party care about the American flag, when under Pelosi and Reid and the administration, they have called concerned citizens at town hall meetings,(the citizens town halls, that their taxes paid for) NAZIS, NATIVISTS, RACISTS,etc. Don't people get it? They don't care about Americans not interested in their communist agenda. Pelosi herself, including Reid, Dianne Feinstein and others have committed so many improprieties as politicians, enriching themselves by using their poltical positions, THAT IF THEY WERE DECENT PEOPLE, AND IF THIS NATION CARED ABOUT LAWS, THESE CRETONS WOULD HAVE TO STEP DOWN FROM THE TOXIC POWER THEY WIELD OVER LAWABIDING, TAXPAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS.
Moving forward, we should all embrace the same spirit of tolerance expressed by our leaders. That would be zero tolerance.
