The Healthcare bill was always about gaining more control

If there was any doubt as to the American People not having true representation in Congress, I hope the passage of this bill makes it crystal clear.  One of the latest polls leading up to the vote found that as high as 87% of the people were against it.

Even though the majority of people from all political persuasions were against Socialized medicine, many were not aware of the more egregious assaults on our liberties that were contained in this monstrosity.  It was never about health care!  It was about further control of our lives.  Let us cover the real dangers contained in this bill, the things that mainstream media will not widely report on, if at all.

I want to first state as I have in past articles that the States don't have to play ball and abide by this unconstitutional act.  Congress was supposed to handle matters between the States and between us and foreign countries.  State Legislatures were supposed to handle matters within a State and We The People were to be the ultimate authority.  The Constitution is very clear that no Federal Government was to have supreme power over the States.  They were supposed to decide separate types of matters, therefore not causing conflicts between the two  Obviously, trying to fight the health care bill made the popular misconception of having a supposed supreme federal government even more evident.  Our founding fathers set up a Republican form of government, not a Democracy where the majority rules or a central government is the supreme law of the land.  In a Republic, the Constitution is the law of the land and ours insures rights and guarantees of each individual citizen.

With all that said, if your State feels compelled to submit to this health care bill, let us now cover what is hidden in it that most are not talking about or don't even realize.

  1. It is not free.
  2. It is mandatory payments of premiums which will not only be enforced by the IRS, but will give the federal government open and unfettered access to every American's bank accounts.
  3. If your State had fought off the intrusion of a National ID card, this bill contains a National Medical ID card planned to have an RFID chip in it.  It's purpose is to tie together your health records, bank accounts, financial records, criminal history and can track your movements throughout the country.
  4. Any health care plan that you currently have can be determined by the new federal health care commission to be not adequate and force you or your employer to change to whatever plan the federal authority dictates to you.  The consequences of not changing are fines, forced payments and even possible jail time.
  5. All medical privacy is officially gone.
  6. It is mandatory to have a health care plan deemed by the federal government to be appropriate.  If you are young, healthy and don't want it......too bad!  All Medicaid eligible will be automatically enrolled and your income records and intrusion applies.
  7. Your health care will be rationed.
  8. The Commission will decide what treatments can be performed and if they are cost-beneficial.
  9. The government will decide your "end of life" plans and deem whether it is cost effective to do treatment or what manner of death would be appropriate.  They decide how you die.
  10. All doctors will get paid the same regardless of medical specialty causing many doctors to leave the profession.
  11. Employers that are self-insured will be audited.
  12. Employers must cover part-time employees.
  13. Government will restrict enrollment  and care of "special needs" individuals.
  14. 15 new taxes or "fees" imposed on employers and individuals.
  15. Prohibition on hospital expansions.
  16. Establishes a Ready Reserve Corps which can be called into active duty whenever national disaster is proclaimed.

Yes, this bill is "historic" but not for the reasons touted in mainstream media.  I would advise contacting your State Representative and Governor to urge your state to ignore or block this ridiculous take over of not only medical care, but our civil liberties.

    Ahem...

    1. Duh. It wasn't free with insurance either.

    2. Payments are not enforced by the IRS, you pay your insurance company. And for the record, the IRS can already freeze or take any bank account or asset you have.

    3. The MID stores your medical data on it, nothing else. Your Doctor should already have this data, except sometimes they are missing parts of your record. This simplifies things. Also, RFID CHIPS CANNOT TRANSMIT YOUR MOVEMENTS. THERE IS NO ANTENNA, NO BATTERY, NO MODULATING EQUIPMENT. I cannot stress that point enough.

4 - 6. Inadequete coverage is the same as no coverage. So yes, just like people who don't have any, you will be required to meet a minimum standard. Medical privacy? Gone since the 80's. Not to mention this bill basically makes it unecessary, since you can't be fired or dropped based on medical conditions anymore.

7 - 10. No. Just no. You are wrong. All of these things insurance companies have been doing for years, far worst then this bill.

    11. If you know of a better way, let me hear it. Checking for compliance is typically the only way to check for compliance. They are already audited for tax purposes, this is not adding any burden.

    12. No. They may, and recieve a tax break for doing so. No requirement.

    13. Restrict enrollment? The purpose is to allow enrollment regardless of condition. You are confused.

    14. 1% additional Medicare tax. With a boat load of tax breaks for participating. This is not a crushing blow to employers, and could work out for the best.

    15. Again, no. Wrong.

    16. Gasp! Doctors who could be used to treat hurt people in disaster areas? That sounds like a horrible idea. Tell you what, next time your injured, refuse the services of the EMT since you dont believe in the government providing funding to doctors who respond in emergency situations.

If I could make a suggestion, please actually read the bill before you stand up and start spewing this ignorance all over the place.

before this bill, i had a CHOICE on what and how much to buy regarding my medical care. my ability to CHOOSE invalidates every "point" the ironically named fellow tried to make.

Obummer is the most arrogant individual, along side Piglosi. What horrible human beings. He wants to be a dictator. He mocks all opposition. He is a narcissistic socialist whom I do not wish well because he is bent of ruining this country.

    Destroyer? haha...

Wow, you are all-in with this commie crap, aren't you.
Well, RFID CAN be used to track you. The entire card IS an antenna, it does not contain a battery, but is a proximity device and will power on when it gets within range of a source designed to power and read it.
Your an idiot. how the heck do you think the easy-pass stuff works? You easypass.. us crazies used to warn people it was a privacy issue and your friendly gov made promises it wouldnt be used for that. In then and as usual, easypass is not commonly being used in civil court cases to prove a persons location at a given time.
Lets be honest, the real difference between US and YOU? You don't have a problem giving up your privacy and freedoms in the name of a comforting nanny. Yo are content with mediacracy as long as you are coddled and feel safe.
And the tax breaks? yea thats cool, you get a "break" on paying taxes that didnt exist before this bill passed. yea, thats a tax break alright.

    destroyer: continued

But you are right. This time is different and we are smarter than all the other countries who tried this. The fed has plundered and pillaged every program it ever baked up, stolen the money and allowed abuses beyond comprehension. This one is different.right?
your off base. You are ignoring the loud screaming coming from business large and small. You easily write it off as political stunts. These are the actual people who write our paychecks telling us: this is a problem. But I guess you are the one that REALLY knows how this will all work in our favor, obama told you so. right?
Payment and compliance WILL be monitored and enforced by the irs. Why else does the bill say it and why else are they planning 16k more agents to support this mess? for fun maybe? maybe its just a bithday party.. yea, that must be it.

The arguments on what the health care bill contain, or don't contain are mute. The only points that matter is Congress has NO Authority to make this law...this alone is a violation of the social contract to the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The 2nd point that matters, and no others, is in freedom, We the People, have a choice in all things, and no "services or products" can be Mandated by Congress.

This is all that matters Destroyer and any who defend the bill.

WE live in a time, when Life has no value, and God is considered passay. This by the so called "intelectuals". Sad to say, "The Blind seem to follow the Blind", and those who claim to hear are "deaf". "Truth" is ignored and deception has taken over.People change, God does not, Look at History, God is creator of all and has forwarned of these times. He gave us 10 commandments to live by, not 10 request
