Andrew Breitbart's BigGovernment.com website released more undercover video coverage by filmmaker James O'Keefe and investigative journalist Hannah Giles at another ACORN office in California. On August 18th, 2009, they visited with a man named Juan Carlos, who told them that he was a lawyer and that his office specialized in immigration issues. They presented Carlos with their situation of needing to smuggle underage girls across the Mexican border for their prostitution business, and asked for advice on the best way to go about doing it. Like in the previous ACORN undercover videos, Carlos was all too happy to help them.
O'keefe says, "The location might be over the border, in Mexico...that's where they're [the 12 underage girls] are gonna get shipped...So, logistically i mean, is it better if it's Tijuana, is it better if it's somewhere inland? Where is the best place?"
Carlos responds, "It's better if it's in Tijuana. Because I have a lot of contacts in Tijuana."
