The Reverend Dr. James Manning, Pastor of the ATLAH Worldwide Ministries Church in Harlem, New York, has started the process of delivering the results of his trial of Barack Obama to federal, state, and local officials.
At the trial held early this month, evidence was presented showing that most of what has been told to the public about Barack Obama and his background is false, or at the very least subject to serious questions.

Witnesses stated under oath that Obama never attended Columbia University as he claimed--and as the University claims. Witnesses also testified that Obama has used and still uses bogus Social Security numbers.
The list of crimes goes on, and at the end of the proceedings a jury found Obama guilty on all counts.
The question raised at the time of the verdict was, will this decision carry the weight of law? At the time the answer was unclear due to the fact that the trial was not commissioned nor authorized by a recognized legal entity at the local, state, or federal levels.
To his credit, Dr. Manning maintains that under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution, citizen trials are allowed and even have the weight of case law and precedent.
The difficulty arises when attempts are made to enforce the verdicts rendered in such trials. Only the court system can decide if such a trial carries the weight of recognized law and thus, verify and confirm the validity of the verdict. This would allow enforcement.
To that end, Pastor Manning states the following:
My Fellow Americans,
We have started the process of filing the guilty verdicts of The CIA Columbia Obama Sedition Trial with The New York State Board of Regents, The Middle States Accreditation Board, and The New York State Bar against Columbia University and Mr. Michael Sovern.
It is reasonable to expect court battles with each agency before they either remove accreditation or disbar.
We will call for a coalition to present the verdicts to The US Senate, The House of Representatives, The Joint Chiefs of Staff, and The Attorney General’s Office.
I am reviewing statutes and procedures for filing with federal agencies and will keep you posted as to when to meet me in Washington, D.C.
Just a thought: Would you be able to spend seven days in Washington with a seven day, seven times march around the Capitol building?

Thus, Manning has taken the first steps necessary to get the verdict rendered by the jury recognized by the U.S. legal system--the presenting of all of the evidence entered into the record at the trial to local, state, and federal authorities.
Should those authorities determine that the evidence presented at the trial in Harlem meets the standard for further investigation, then it is entirely possible that the judicial system could determine that crimes, indeed, have been committed.
However, a major hurdle that the process must jump is the fact that the officials who would determine whether or not to proceed to the next level are Obama-friendly. The deck is stacked.
And that means that it is likely that no matter what conclusive evidence is presented to them, they will continue to lend their protection to Barack Obama.
This, of course, would be a travesty of justice. At the very least the evidence presented at the Manning trial needs an unbiased consideration.

Anthony....it's amazing how upset some people get when a person tries to exercise their rights as citizens guaranteed by our constitution, yet they'll defend themselves till death to exercise the same rights that they would have denied others. Some may wear tin hats, while other choose to wear blinders...and possibly ear plugs !

It seems that Barry O. is exercising some of his rights guaranteed by OUR constitution by not attending the wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier, however he will be attending a smaller ceremony outside Chicago. Personally I am glad that he isn't attending ! The ceremony in OUR nations capitol is a sacred act to many of us, if not all that have served OUR nation. Barry O.is a man who refuses to place his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Allegiance, and who has touted along with his wife that OUR national anthem should be changed to fit the times because it contains the words "bombs bursting in air", that he feels other countries might take offense of OUR anthem,he is a man who refuses to wear an American flag pin on his lapel as not to offend anyone, and I for one would take offense that this man with no past participate in such an honored ceremony ! To all of you vets out there....GOD BLESS YOU and may GOD BLESS AMERICA !

uhhhhh, you people do realize that it's someone without any kind of authority, holding a mock trial and giving the verdict of that mock trial to REAL AUTHORITIES EXPECTING SOMETHI.....

Too bad some stand back and wish for a leader to "do something" to rid us of this cancer in DC. Yet, when one arrives mock them rather than join their parade.
James--I think fear is what drives much of the ridicule and mockery. After all, here is a Black Pastor in a Black section of NYC--Harlem, of all places, who is openly challenging Obama's eligibility and fitness to be President with sworn statements of witnesses, including documents. The birth certificate issue aside, the Social Security Number issue alone is enough for a full Justice Department investigation.

I never thought he was a threat to me at all...I just don't want this hothead to fester until he actually shoots someone...if we don't alert the authorities when these crazies start festering, we get things like Columbine and Oklahoma bombing...That is why I turned him in...he was never a threat to my personal safety...it's the innocents in his area that I worry about.
The "Presentment",the result of a Citizen's "We the People" Inquest/trial is a longstanding premise of law that was adapted from English Common Law and incorporated into our US Constitution.
In 1946 aome errant rule makers,claiming that the "Presentment was obsolete",changed the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedures to do away with "Presentments" and Citizen's inquests/trials.
They did so illegally. The "Presentment" is enshrined in the fifth amendment. That amendmend is still in effect,having never been repealed. Insofar as that is the case,the rulemaking to do away with the "Presentment" is null and void.

That's how nefarious his "Declaration of Candidacy is seen as the statement that defrauded the American Vote in 2008 and Americans have got to go after the Republican Senators to get to the ELIGIBILITY issue, because of what they did in McCain's Res. 511, which by the way was 'non-binding', meaning it wasnt voted on by The House, or signed by a President, but it acted as a STOP to the Republican Legislatures serving America in their duty to uphold the U.S.C.
