Part 6--More major players in the government-corporate scheme

One of the most compelling reasons for the massive government bailout of Wall Street and other large corporations is that they asked for it.

The largest of the large Wall Street investment firms begged the government to give them taxpayer funds to avoid 'the biggest crash in American history.'  Fannie and Freddie essentially did the same thing.  So did General Motors.

Of course it would not be appropriate for them to beg for the money for selfish reasons, such as, to save their own skins, which is precisely the real motive for the bailout.  The corporate conglomerates had to come up with an excuse for taxpayer assistance that did not sound so greedy.

Thus, the end-game was 'to save the economy.'  George W. Bush swallowed that mantra hook, line, and sinker.  So did Barack Obama.  So did Congress.

General Electric Co. CEO Jeffrey Immelt (AP Photo/Carlos Osorio, file).

But then, many of the very politicians in Congress who insisted that the bailout was needed to 'save the economy' had been cavorting with the large corporations behind the scenes for years, personally benefiting from the loot of a grossly exaggerated housing and stock market.

These same politicians claimed just prior to the 2008 crisis that 'the economy is sound.'

Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Patrick Leahy, Nancy Pelosi, and even Barack Obama were some of the beneficiaries of the falsely exaggerated 'boom market' at Fannie and Freddie, Goldman-Sachs, Countrywide, AIG, and others.

One of the major corporations who received multi-billions in taxpayer funds in the bailout was General Electric.  Due to mismanagement (as was the case with ALL of the recipients of the bailout), GE had been in dire financial straits.  The company had lobbied Barack Obama heavily during the campaign of '08 and promised to support his candidacy in exchange for taxpayer money.

They got it.  And GE has been a major cheerleader for Barack Obama ever since.  The company's news organizations, NBC, MSNBC, and CNBC, have been some of the most blatantly biased networks on television, openly promoting the Obama program for the country rather than simply reporting the news.

Interestingly, GE is one of the large corporations now involved with the Obama push toward a government-corporate conglomerate that is one of the key features of fascism.  It's 'green energy' initiatives are designed to benefit from whatever 'cap and trade' legislation is passed, forcing Americans to pay an extra $3000 bucks per year in energy costs due to the 'carbon' it emits.

GE is also on board with the data-collection and government snooping on average citizens that Obama and company intend to implement as a matter of routine.

The company was the major sponsor of a live, online broadcast staged by Twitter co-founder Evan Williams at TED--Technology, Entertainment, Design.  The event was called 'Call to Action' and featured the inventor of the World-Wide-Web, Tim Berners-Lee.

Berners-Lee's mantra is 'give me the data.'

As one observer stated concerning this new understanding of personal information, there is no inherent 'right to privacy' according to the tyrannical monsters who envision this system:

An important thing to consider is, supposing you want to try to put a stop to this and protect your 'right' to privacy (a right I argue is entirely non-existent and impossible to enforce anyway), who will you turn to? The very same institutions you fear will abuse that information, of course. If you want a law against unauthorized use of information, you're in practical terms creating a law that reads "nobody may access information without authorization except the government and criminals" - the former can do it and get away with it since nobody has a right to access records about it, and the latter don't care about the law. The people who lose power under such a law are the public.

At roughly the same time this was occurring another curious incident, which was supposed to be private, was outed by Fox News personality Glenn Beck.  A nation-wide conference call set up by the National Endowment for the Arts gleefully announced that under Obama and 'brand new way of interfacing with the government had been made possible.'

Further, it was stated, 'A new language is being developed that will allow us to talk to each other without fear of being traced or understood.'

Coded language for the National Endowment for the Arts?

Interestingly, after Beck aired the tape of the conversation the director of the NEA was fired.

Why?  Because he did not take appropriate action to make sure his conference call could not be monitored?  Why would the Obama Administration be so sensitive about something as 'innocent and innocuous' as a conference call describing a way for government-funded entities to communicate in secret?

And if it were truly 'innocent and innocuous' why would it need to be a secret, complete with its own coded language?

The full transcript of the NEA conference call can be found here.

These various factors are not unrelated but part of a coordinated effort by the federal government and large corporations to consolidate power, collect data on citizens, invade their privacy, and all the while insure that the government's privacy is fully protected.

So much for the Obama promise of 'transparency.'

    Hahahaha!!!! More great stuff, Anthony!

Did you even read the transcript of that call? Who knows where the heck you got those quotes about the NEA call from...they're certainly not in the transcript. You might want to consider providing references for your quotes.

Anyway, the call was about getting artists involved in community service! This is all part of the grand conspiracy?!?!

Can't wait to see what you string together next!

.....and speaking of hidden scheming...Mr. H. Clinton ushered through the backdoor at the U.N. Barry O's small arms "deal", and transcripts of the U.N.'s agreement are being hidden from the public ! Here go OUR gun rights.... over my dead body More major player scheming, more big government, more taxes, more intrusion, less rights guaranteed by OUR Constitution ! I would consider what size Marxist boots Barry O. wears !

Anthony....correct! I would also mention Barry O's involvement with Baxter International, a major drug company who's international corporate headquarter sit just outside Chicago Ill....Barry O's old stomping grounds. The C.E.O. and the B.O.D. at Baxter were in part of the Barry in 08 campaign . Barry has stock in Baxter much akin to Rumsfield and Cheney having stock in other major players in the drug industry ! Baxter was a partial recipient of the over 10 billion dollars of the tax payers monies that went to the drug companies for the manufacturing of H1N1 vaccinations. As we know Barry O's stock goes into a blind trust while he's in office and it is managed for him.He made lots of $ ! There is that pesky problem of the H1N1 being man made.It necessitates a bio lab level three or higher to combine the R.N.A. factors of it being comprised of 1 part avian, 2 parts swine and two parts human ! Baxter has a lab just 15 miles from where the outbreak occurred in Mexico! Need I say anymore !

I downloaded the teleconference transcript. I actually read it.

Now, to be clear, I have been open to taking under serious consideration the information that might be revealed in this series of articles. I say now, however, that what I have read so far, from my perspective, consists more of derived conclusions and opinion than on hard facts. This is not to say that I don't have opinions of my own; these are not far from the author's. Nevertheless, this series of articles has been a disappointment; weak and without the punch I was led to expect by its lead-up.

I ran a search for words and phrases in the NEA telecon transcript which this article claims are quotes. Neither my reading nor any of the word searches resulted in my finding any utterances remotely resembling what is claimed. I acknowledge that I still may have missed them. If there really are no such references in the transcript, I would have to say that the integrity and motive of Anthony G. Martin should be suspe

Opey - Exactly. If Anthony's an honest man, he'll post the time sequence where his quotes are in the audio recording. That would prove there's a difference between the audio and written transcript. Question is, is Anthony an honest man?

Funny to me how the Obama-trolls, including those who pretend to have given serious consideration to these articles at the beginning, do not refute ANY explosive information in this article except for a quote from an NEA phone call. No where do they claim that Obama and the Democrat Congress schemed with corporations to get our tax dollars. No where do they refute the fact that Twitter, along with TED, cavorted to break the law and invade our privacy. No where do they refute the information presented on GE, Fannie, Freddie, GM, Goldman-Sachs, etc, etc. Instead, they seize on one thing that they think will tarnish all of the information--a paraphrased quote from a transcript. If that's all you got, guys, you are a sorry lot, indeed. And even then, you still have not refuted the fact that the NEA was talking about 'a new language so that we can talk to each other safely.' ROFL!! What lame, sorry excuses for human beings you are.

All that I have read and all the knowledge that I have accumulated in my near 63 years of living on this planet tells me we're on a collision course ! The tactics that are being implemented by Barry O. are but mirror reflections of the one's used in Germany! History has a habit of repeating itself!

Phil--And thus, since we obviously learned nothing from the USSR, Hitler's 3rd Reich, Mussolini's fascist govt in Italy, or many more, then we are doomed to repeat that history--unless an overwhelming majority wakes up.
