William Parker has more than 14 years of experience in the intelligence community, over 10 of which were served on Active Duty in the United States Navy. William has considerable experience directly supporting Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance / Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations missions in the SOUTHCOM, EUCOM and CENTCOM areas of responsibility, and is highly experienced in a number of disciplines including counterterrorism, counter-drug and special warfare operations.
