It’s official. The Tea Party is an ignorant, racist, fear-mongering group of entitled white people Hell-bent on the destruction of Barack Obama’s progressive domestic agenda.
It’s so obvious, really. Judging from the AP’s thorough coverage of all the Tea Party events and one columnist’s assertion that the Tea Party looks more like a “pity party,” there is absolutely no reason to give these people a second thought.
Why in the world are so many American’s enthralled by a despicable organization like the Tea Party? What does “Tea Party” even mean?
If one were so inclined, he or she would go to the official Tea Party webpage to find some answers. The problem with performing this type of research is that it’s tedious. Not to mention, there doesn’t seem to be any incentive to learn about the crazy, right-winged extremists. These people are delusional, at best, and surely time could be better spent learning about some true American activists.
After visiting that webpage you might be thinking, “Oh, thanks for that. But the Tea Party protestors are just as vulgar.” On the contrary, a simple, patriotic attitude is about all that can be drawn from these photos.
It wasn’t too long ago that thousands of Left-focused individuals concocted rallies to protest all things ranging from the war to George W. Bush. The disgusting signs populating these events never received any negative media coverage. The profane chants heard on live television outside the Republican National Convention in New York never garnered any criticism. The media worked to make the American public believe that this outrage was not only understandable, but expected of any true American.
Now that George has retired to his home in Texas, to presumably count his oil money and create new words, the media has focused its vitriol on the Tea Party and Sarah Palin. There’s still a war going on, but for some reason there’s no more media attention on the outrage. Might the members of the media be too busy following Barack Obama to one of his nineteen summits?
No attempt has been made by the media to properly convey the importance of a popular, American movement like the Tea Party. All across the nation, Americans are uniting to protest against the government; a government unwilling to work for the people who possess the power it needs to govern.
The Tea Party is a movement dedicated to restoring the principles the Founding Fathers used when building this great nation from the ashes of a revolution. Conservative, liberal, independent, the Tea Party invites all of those people who call themselves patriots. This is not a movement built on discrediting individuals or administrations. The Tea Party movement represents the desire of Americans to decrease the size of the government and return power back to the states and the people.
This is where governing power rightfully belongs.

"In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interests, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press of the United States.
"These 12 men worked the problem out by selecting 170 newspapers, and then began, by an elimination process, to retain only those necessary for the purpose of controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country.
They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest newspapers. The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase the policy, national and international, of these papers; an agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and

All I read was "blah, blah, blah, some more crap, blah, blah and finally blah". Maybe you should look into what those Tea-baggers as a whole plan on doing--which is absolutely nothing, they have no better ideas than Obama and no solutions. Less government, praising Christianity and ripping democrats is all they talk about. Guess what? This government was built on separation of church and state and Palin, the illiterate and history douche she has become is tearing the country apart with her fear mongering. Follow this fringe group (as you already are) and watch this country fall into deeper trouble without Obama. You think tax cuts and the like are going to solve all your problems? Have fun without your medicade, social security, FEMA and all the other government run agencies "that are doing so bad". Learn to think for yourself and if this were the case, you wouldn't be supporting Palin.
The voice in the wilderness, keep telling it like it is. I've been to many TEA events, and the only violence there was the foul language from the lefty protesters. I was at the original TEA party, Dan's Bake sale... we had cookies with our tea there.
