The Senate Finance Committee will be voting on health care "reform" tomorrow. Please note, there IS NO BILL, just some proposals and good thoughts that will be put into legislative language after the vote.
Melt the phones and let Washington know that the Baucus bill is NOT what we want to reform our healthcare system!
A small sample of proposals:
Mandatory health care insurance, enforced by the IRS.
Taxes people for existing in the US.
Not allowing people to carry catastrophic coverage
Tax on sick people, increasing the medical deductions from 7.5% to 10%
No legislative language preventing taxpayer funding of abortion
Actually, no legislative language at all!
Repeal of conscience clause, forcing providers to offer abortions whether they have a moral objection or not
Insurance companies dont' want it, doctors don't want it, Catholic run hospitals don't want it.

misleading propaganda........please don't distort the facts.
If there is no bill, and no legislative language, and "just some good thoughts", then how does it raise taxes and kill babies? Either you have no idea what you are talking about, or you are trying to kill reform by scaring dumb people. Shame on you either way.
