Update! Anti-Tea Party Goons Plan Counter-Protests

As we reported yesterday, leftwing activists plan to sabotage the upcoming Tea Party taxpayer protests around the country on April 15.  Even Barack Obama's fraudulent goon-squad, ACORN, is getting in on the act.

Today, however, we learned that these extremist Leftwing activists are planning counter-protests on April 11 in advance of the Tea Party events on April 15.

In addition, we have learned that the leftwing extremists plan to infiltrate the Tea Party events incognito in order to stage some sort of disruption.

Again, Michelle Malkin reports:

Tea Party leaders John O’Hara in Chicago and Mark Meckler in Sacramento appeared on Neil Cavuto’s show this afternoon to respond to stories of left-wing infiltration of the Tax Day Tea Party events.

Their message: Bring it on. They are open, transparent, and joined by Democrats, independents, and fiscal responsibility advocates of all stripes. They don’t fear disruptors.

Meckler: “We are demanding fiscal responsibility at every level of government. We are here to stay.”

In addition, Malkin has this to say about the counter-protest events being planned for April 11:

Liberal guru Joe Trippi and government-subsidized Bill Moyers are pushing the new initiative, titled “A New Way Forward.” Hey, wasn’t Obama supposed to be your New Way Forward? Way to go!

The lefties have chosen April 11 to try and usurp media attention from the nationwide Tax Day Tea Party event on April 15. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Be sure to read the entirety of Malkin's report by clicking on her link above.

Rather than having any noticeable negative effect on the Tea Party taxpayer protests, I am quite certain that the counter-protests will do nothing but embolden those who are fed up with the spending spree of the liberals and Barack Obama.  They may even succeed in having the net effect of increasing attendance at the April 15 taxpayer protests.

And by the way, for those of you who have not yet availed yourselves of local information on where and when the Tea Party protests will be held in your towns and cities, Pamela Geller has done us all a great service in providing a state-by-state listing of the various Tea Parties.  Just click on her link above, click on your state, and there you will find a listing of Tea Parties in your area on April 15.

Interested to see what their counter-protests will consist of? Arguing for higher taxes? Like, simply "higher taxes" with no pretenses of gov't feel-good programs or anything?

Whats wrong bozos, can't handle opposition to your anti-Obama whine and cheese party? All these parties are is a faux campaign launch by extreme right-wing groups with their own anti-democratic anti-American agenda: the American Spectator, the Heartland Institute, Americans for Tax Reform, the National Taxpayers Union, Americans for Prosperity, FreedomWorks, the Institute for Liberty, the Coalition for a Conservative Majority and the Young Conservatives Coalition. You can be damn straight that I will opposing you anti-democratic, anti-government goons all the way.

The "parties" aren't "far-right" except in the economic sense. For instance, those groups listed and several of the others pulling the strings don't give two whoops about U.S. sovereignty, illegal immigration, and so on.

In fact, both DickArmey and GroverNorquist are involved in the "parties" and they're strong supporters of cheap labor by any means necessary.

The ideology of some - objectivism - is not only anti-American, it's immoral.

    Hello Roger.

This is my response to your comment -- "Whats wrong bozos, can't handle opposition to your anti-Obama whine and cheese party?"

Unfortunately my bozo costume is at the cleaners, but we welcome civilized non-violent opposition. If you can take time from your ACORN sponsored professional protests, please come to our tea party and explain why you favor higher taxes.

    Thanks,

    Sam

    "anti-Obama whine and cheese party?"
Do not make the mistake of assuming this is anti-Obama. The idea is found to go back BEFORE your lightworker even had the nomination locked up, let alone the election. The protest is about an out of control congress who signs away money in the TRILLIONS without blinking. Coupled to the unaccountable/under reported Federal Reserve system. A quick search through the archives of the Liberty Sphere shows its rumblings back in August. Hell try a google search of "tea party 2008". You can look to the writings of Ron Paul and the Mises Institute, this is nothing new and is anti-REP as anti-DEM. Our anger is not drawn on a political line, but an ethical one. If you agree to paying for an Imperial State from the sweat and success of others your moral compass is off and a simpleton such as I cannot change you, I will fight you and anyone else at everyturn for Independence and Liberty.

Roger: I very much resent your remarks. I would never say things like that about you. Why are you so mean and angry? I am a grandmother, not a anti-American, anti-democratic goon. Quite the contrary! I believe in the CONSTITUTION of the USA & PEACEFUL protest when you disagree with ANYONE in government who takes your hard EARNED money and gives it away! You think that is okay? Maybe you don't earn your money? Go to a Tea Party and maybe try to LISTEN to the message first BEFORE you rush to judgement!

If you hold a protest against responsible government, you're holding a tea party, but if you're a liberal (like me) protesting irresponsible policies, you're a goon?

This is America. We had an election in November and you lost. Get over it. Eight years of your reckless policies have caused you to forfeit your right to govern.

Uh, David, I hate to break it to ya, but, conservatives didn't govern anything for 8 years! Repubs did, but not conservatives, in either Party! Wake up from your stupor.

Hey, if you're so anti-government, how about you give your tax cut back?

Go ahead, protest spending that's supposed to keep us from losing ALL our jobs and homes, instead of what we've already lost while the Republicans ran our country into the ground for eight years. But don't whine when someone protests your dumb ideas.

Hey Lynne, you obviously don't pay any taxes. I pay my taxes, unlike anyone Obama appoints. I have made cutbacks in my spending and so should the Government, instead of raising my taxes. Use your money wiser and stop funding organizations like Casa De Maryland to support illegal immigrants is a good place to start.

End User, if you have so much money that you're going to see your Bush tax cuts repealed, I really have no sympathy for you.

If you're like the majority of Americans, then do your research -- your taxes aren't going up. They're going down.

And for your information, not every liberal thinks we should be giving out free passes to illegal immigrants, so I'm not funding anything.

Of course, with the level of intelligence you're displaying, you probably think there were actually WMDs in Iraq.

CHRIS L -- maybe try the Black Panthers? :) They did a great job of intimidating during the elections. I think it fits right in with their "ten point program" which appears to be OBAMA'S AGENDA AS WELL. READ IT. YOU GO GOON!

Lynne, Do you know how much you pay in taxes, federal state and local? Or hidden taxes and tariffs? Have you seen an increase in your monthly bills for groceries, utilities and other necessities and services? Do you know how much in taxes you are paying everytime you fill up your tank? Do you own property, and is your property value based at the market peak, and now you have to pay outrageous property tax? Please Lynne, stop drinking the Flavor-Aid, do your research and report back with REAL NUMBERS.

While I certainly acknowledge that every citizen- even wing-nuts - have a right to peaceful protest of "our" government's actions, I do object to the oh-so-Fascist tactic of lying to these intellectually challenged tea-bag tossers, predicting "attacks" scheduled by ACORN and Liberals in general. Horse Crap! That's inciting to riot - a felony. You guys made us endure the Chain-E/Dumbya duo for eight long years. Too bad if you don't like President Obama. Spend some time reading books instead of watching FAUX Noise. It might make you a better citizen - yeah, even chumps like you...

    Anthony,

Why the Conservative paranoia? From what I can tell people had a nice time waving signs and not making sense.

This is a beautiful country. Peaceful assembly is everyone's right. We should welcome the chance for the expression of ideas, regardless of how naive or misguided those ideas may be.
