Two juicy items--a Senator's tirade and a President's tumble

Two items deserve our attention today.

First, a U.S. Senator went on a tirade, referring to those who oppose the 2-trillion-dollar government takeover of healthcare as 'white supremacists' with Aryan Nation ties, right-wing extremists who belong to militias, and other such balderdash.

Second, a President took a tumble.  Barack Obama's policies are now opposed by a whopping 56% of the American public--the highest negatives of any President in history at this juncture in his administration.

Interestingly, Obama's negatives increased as soon as Senate Democrats all but assured the approval of the ObamaCare bill.

The Rasmussen Daily Presidential Tracking Poll only proves what all of the other pollsters have been telling us for several months--the healthcare bill that Congressional Democrats are determined to shove down the throats of the citizens is one of the most unpopular pieces of legislation in American history.

Thus, Obama's chances of being a one-term President are dramatically increased, and Congressional Democrats will almost assuredly become an endangered species after the 2010 midterm elections.

Here's why.

The extra taxes and fees, along with the increase in premiums for healthcare, will occur immediately upon the approval of the bill.  The bill has been structured so that the loot the government confiscates from the citizens hits us on the front end.

But the provisions of the bill in terms of expansion of care for illegal aliens and roughly 10 million citizens are not slated begin until 2014.

This means that in January, citizens will begin to immediately reap the negative consequences of ObamaCare while seeing absolutely no benefit at all, if there is any, until 2014.

Early in 2010 Senior Adults will get a letter stating that their Medicare premiums will go up while their benefits will be cut.  The multi-millions of dollars in new taxes will also kick in immediately.  Fees and penalties will also be implemented immediately, meaning that those citizens who fail to purchase health insurance will owe the government a check for $750 bucks for 2010 per person.

In short, Americans are getting ready to be hit by a freight train, and there is NO ONE to blame but the Democrats and Barack Obama...which means that there could be a massive turnover in Congress in November of the year, so much so that both houses could fall to Republican control.

This, of course, is assuming we have honest elections without the corruption and voter-fixing perpetrated by such Obama-backed organizations as ACORN and SEIU.

Yet anyone who dares to present an honest critique of this monstrosity is caricatured in the harshest terms by the Obama-thugs and the criminals who now run Congress.

Senator Shelton Whitehouse, D-RI, stated on the floor of the Senate on Monday that opponents of ObamaCare are 'birthers, right-wing militias, and aryan groups.'

The video of the Senator's unfortunate remarks can be viewed here.

Perhaps the Senator had his head stuck so far up Obama's rear that he failed to notice the type of citizens who attended the Town Hall meetings in August and the Tea Party protests.  These were clearly NOT kooks or radical extremists.  And I didn't see anyone representing Aryan racist organizations there.

These were ordinary citizens who have never protested anything in their entire lives.  But they feel so strongly about the direction of their beloved country that they were willing, this time, to take their complaints to the streets and to confront their representatives in Congress.

In the thinking of Senator Whitehouse, however, this makes them birthers, right-wing militia members, and Aryan racists.

Perhaps the Senator has been consulting with DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, who referred to war vets returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, gun owners, religious people, and Patriotic citizens who believe in the Constitution as 'potential home-grown terrorists.'

These people have all sorts of derogatory and demeaning terms which they use to caricature and impugn the character of everyday, ordinary citizens.  This can only mean one thing--the current government views us with utter disdain because we dare protest their unconscionable and outrageous attacks on our liberties.

I have only one word for people like Senator Whitehouse.  'Vermin.'

Another greatly insightful -- and appropriately hard-hitting -- article, Anthony.

The true terrorists in America today are the Obama Administration and all who support or defend it.

Term Limits: my new mantra. Term. Limits. Throw them out on their lousy lily-livered liberal cans and fumigate the place, then start over.

I suppose Sen. Whitehouse belives that around 3/5 of the nation are "white supremecists" and "extremists"? The left is rushing headlong into disaster by pushing a health care bill that the vast majority of Americans clearly oppose.

President Obama's poll numbers show that many Americans are becoming all too aware of what he meant when he promised to "fundamentally transform the United States of America".

The question is will enough of them stand up and fight back to prevent him from accomplishing this goal?

I called Senator Whitehouse's office and let them know what I thought of his commentary. They hung up on me.

As a child, Senator Whitehouse was one of those kid who would call others names from the safety of his front porch, hanging on to his mother's hem for protection. What a national embarassment to have an idiot like that serving as an elected representative.

Assuming we are allowed to have a mid-term election. Even if we have one, I no longer have confidence in the ballot box option as it's been corrupted by ACORN, SEIU and their ilk. I'm just waitin' for them to start the round ups and my trigger finger is rarin' to go!

We need to deal with these crooked senators one at a time when they come home! We need to hang all of them in remote locations! Justice!! Words no longer work so maybe they need to be eliminated!

Well I for one, will NOT being ANY federal taxes this coming spring. Just my state and local taxes. Over a dozen members of our camp are doing the same thing.
Oh,..I'm sure the IRS will beating down my door and threatening jail time. But the way I see it, they can all kiss my @$$. The public didn't want this and that is fact. The suckers who wanted it can pay for the whole thing as far as I'm concerned.

How can this be happening. How can the Senate be totally unresponsive to the public will, mandate purchase of a product outside it's jurisdiction, and totally flaunt responsibility for throwing head over heel in debt -- while claiming to offer affordable health care -- even though it's mainly self delusion. Are we in the Twilight Zone -- or has the Congress actually kidnapped the government! dAAAAhhhh -- and the President is so pleased.

The real concern is that people can be denied health coverage. When you have people spreading misinformation about health care reform you start to wonder what their real motivation is. People will use excuses to justify anything, and their are those who will place incorrectly place blame on others. Neither group is better. However, I am glad that in my country I can't be denied health care or health care coverage.

I assume you called him vermin because the word for one extraordinarily sexually active with his maternal parent(most probably against her will) is disallowed by Examiner?
