In a frantic effort to save his gargantuan plan to throw Senior Adults under the bus in order to give healthcare to illegals and pay for abortions with tax dollars, Barack Obama dashed to the Senate today to urge them to take the ball on in over the finish line.
Just yesterday Senate Democrats once again exhibited that they do not care about the nation's Senior Adults. Not only did they succeed in retaining their draconian $500 billion in cuts for Medicare, but they cut money from home healthcare as well--another vital service which is geared toward the nation's Senior Adults.
And why is this being done? You would think, by listening to their rhetoric, that it is only because of their 'tender heart toward those without health insurance' that they are determined to dismantle the best healthcare system in the world.
Such a notion would be wrong. This ObamaCare/PelosiCare/Reidcare debacle is being forced on the citizens for 4 reasons ALONE:
1. Central government control over our lives.
2. Central government control over vital personal healthcare information on all citizens.
3. Making taxpayer funded abortion a permanent, embedded feature of government policy.
4. Giving healthcare to 20 million illegal aliens who will then express their gratitude to Democrats by voting for them year after year, that is, after Obama and Congress enact their proposal for blanket amnesty for ALL illegals.
That's it. There are no other reasons. They don't care about you. They don't care about Senior Adults or those with special healthcare needs. These persons are expendable. And they certainly don't care that they will permanently bankrupt the country with this 2 trillion-dollar plan, which they have no idea how to pay for since the nation is already essentially broke and reeling from a 105 trillion dollar debt.
These purveyors of death to the elderly and the weak not only push us to the edge of Nazi-style exclusivism but edge us closer to the brink of total and catastrophic economic collapse.
Democrat henchman John Kerry, Senator from Massachusetts, took to the floor of the Senate yesterday to blather about the supposed fact that 'so far no other proposal has been put forth to take care of these problems.'
The Senator is a bare-faced liar.
Repeatedly alternative proposals have been put forth, which have been summarily rejected by the Democratic leadership without even as much as allowing them to come to the floor for a debate.
A fair warning is in order here. If any form of ObamaCare, PelosiCare, or Reidcare passes Congress, beware the next level of voter ire. This time it won't be peaceful. Patriots in this country will NOT allow this illegitimate government to force socialized medicine on the public.

In a way, Constitution-ignorant citizens deserved to get burned by the Constitution-ignoring Democrats. After all, if people knew the Constitution they would know since the federal Constitution is silent about public healthcare, the 10th A. automatically reserves government power to regulate healthcare to the states, not the Oval Office and Congress.
In fact, the USSC has already decided that Congress has no business sticking its big nose into state power issues like the medical practice.

Good article. I hope you are right about uprising. If there is one I would join it with the hope of Restoring our Constitutional Republic. But the Patriot Act and Unused Fema camps are out there waiting for any serious protest of Socialist Policies.
I have a few problems with this
1) Its not a 2 trillion-dollar proposal like he said
2) Its less than half of what was spent on the Iraq War in the first 6 months.
3) Kerry is correct that no other option has been put forward, in fact McCain, etc. have repeatedly said they just want to start over with a bipartisan effort, yet have done nothing to further this goal of theirs.
4) Regarding the whole "they don't care about you" thing, right now the average health care for Americans is around $5,000, the Health Care bill sets it closer to $5,500-$6,000 per person. The main people who will be losing out is the rich white conservatives who already have enough to afford $50,000+ health insurance.
Now I know you will come up and say "what about senior citizens living on Medicare"
Well, the reason they are becoming financially unstable is because of inflation, and the largest cause of inflation currently is the War on Terror. Next time before you point the finger, do some research.

1. The proposal as it stands will cost 1.2 trillion when the cost for the Medicare buyoff for physicians is added in, which Harry Reid conveniently left out of the bill. BUT, as with other similar bills, the hidden costs turn out to be much higher than the original claims. This one is a 2 trillion dollar fiasco at the very least.
2. The Iraq War has nothing to do with this. Period. You use it as a red herring.
3. MANY credible proposals have been put forth by the GOP, Libertarians, the Cato Institute, and others, which fix the few problems without dismantling the entire system as we know it. You must be hopelessly uninformed.
4. If you think they can cut home healthcare and Medicare for Seniors to the tune of $500 billion bucks and yet not negatively impact the care Seniors receive, then you are living in a dream world, your own la-la land where bourbon flows freely down the big rock can

To be taxed for THREE YEARS without recieving anything as the Health Scare Bill proposes is pretty DARNED close to "Taxaxtion without Representation". The CBO put out the $2 trillion plus figure itself.
"Financially unstable..because if inflation" has to do with TARP, with continued spending on social programs, with unfunded liabilities such as social security and medicare because $$$ is siphoned off to pay $300BILLION to senators like Mary Landrieu. It has to do with an unprecedented "printing" of money to bail out synthetic derivatives positions created and HELD by Wall Street Bankers, it has to do with a "created" crises in the mortgage market by forcing banks to loan $$$ to people who would NEVER repay....and all of this is supposed to be paid for by the American taxpayor...essentially a theft. It CAN'T BE REPAID...thus the Government is inflating away it's liability at the expense of a devalued Dollar and the compltete bankrupting of the American Middle class.
