According to the provisions of the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the power to impeach and remove from office any President that is charged and found guilty of 'high crimes and misdemeanors.' The term encompasses felonies and other unlawful acts that are not considered felonies.
Barack Obama has a truckload of problems on his hands. He has enacted policies that fit the description of impeachable offenses. He can be thankful that Congress is controlled by his partners-in-crime, or else he would be facing serious charges.
Let's take a look at some of his offenses, shall we?
*He violated the law and the provisions of the Constitution by seizing control of GM and Chrysler without proper authorization from Congress. Although his unlawful cronies in Congress granted him the authority after the fact, his action to seize corporations was a violation of the law at the time it was implemented. The fact that the U.S. Supreme Court allowed this atrocity is no matter. Thomas Jefferson said it best when he articulated a key principle of liberty--any government that willfully violates the rule of law and encroaches on the rights of the people ceases to be a legitimate government. This government has violated the provisions of the 5th Amendment regarding due process and fair compensation at the very least.
*His use of ACORN as a campaign vehicle is a violation of the law. Entities such as ACORN are prohibited by the Federal Government from engaging in partisan political activity. It is clear to anybody with eyes and ears that this organization was an overtly pro-Obama entity, the goal of which was to do nothing but get out the vote for BO.
*His consistent and blatant pandering to America's sworn enemies in the Muslim world is tantamount to treason, the definition of which, according to the U.S. Constitution, is the aiding and abetting of America's enemies. Can there be any doubt that Obama should at least be charged with the offense, given his penchant for going out of his way to offend our allies such as Israel, Britain, France, and Germany, while implementing policies that favor Hamas, Iran, Egypt, Syria, and other terrorist hotbeds?
*He broke a law that he himself pushed and helped pass as a Senator that provides protections for Inspectors-General who do their jobs by investigating corruption, waste, and fraud in government programs. Yet when these government watchdogs get too close to the thuggery of Obama's friends, they get summarily fired for no good reason, such as Mr. Walpin.
*And then there are those who believe that Barack Obama has no valid U.S. birth certificate. At first such charges were dismissed as the musings of kooks. But increasingly many level-headed Americans are beginning to look closely, realizing that perhaps those who first broke this story are not kooks after all. So far, no valid copy of Obama's birth certificate has been produced, meaning that if he doesn't have one, he is not even eligible to serve, which can only point to yet another violation of the law--fraud.
*Several citizens have filed criminal complaints calling for the impeachment of Barack Obama based upon these and other issues. One of those issues is the illegal use of the military in Alabama to police the streets of a small town that had been hit with a crime wave.

Not mentioned here is the fact that the long form certificate has Box 7C, where foreign born children's COUNTRY OF BIRTH is listed. This is for those being registered in HI that were not born there, a law on the HI books in those years that allowed foreign born kids to get HI birth certificates. This is the problem when he will only show the short summary form that lists these foreign kids as HI born. This is why the short COLB form can't verify natural born status per the Constitution.

In one of "his" life stories, 0bama claims to have found his original birth certificate within the pages of a book. No doubt it lists the hospital where he was born, the doctor who birthed him and has the signatures of the legal witnesses to the event. He already admitted he has it, so why doesn't he just show it? Even from the Hawaii Department of Home Lands website, it even does not accept a COLB as conclusive evidence for its homestead program.
There are questions raised after Obama's grandmother claimed he was born in Kenya, as well as the Kenyan Ambassador on the radio.

For the office of the Presidency you must have 2 U.S. Citizen parents and be born on U.S. soil. The 2 U.S. citizen parents are from the founding fathers intentions of allegiances! They were exempt because of the grandfather clause.

Nevertheless, the Supreme Court needs to rule on this matter again!
The natural born citizenship allegiance issue of 2 parents and born on U.S. soil is something that once again the Supreme Court needs to deal with here. Of course, let's be realistic, they will not overturn an election over this. But a least future precedent and what the law says should be clarified.
Again, John McCain had 2 U.S. Citizen parents at the time of birth but was born in Colon, Panama hospital. That doesn't sound like a U.S. military base does it? The State Department said the only document kept in an individual's passport file is the application package. The application form includes information such as place of birth and Social Security number. The passport system has between 180 million and 200 million applications in its database.

No, Box 7C in 1961 HI birth certificates clearly asks where the child was born and if in a foreign country, which country. You can google and find a 1961 long form certificate online and read it for yourself. You need to look at the certificates for that time period. Box 7C. Check it out.

Yes, Big J, 0bama is probably DQed from becoming POTUS in at least four ways:
1) Not NBC because both parents were not US citizens when he was born. End of story.
2) Probably not even born a citizen because he was likely born in another country, born of a foreign father and a mother who was too young (per the laws at the time) to confer him her US citizenship status.
3) Probably gave up whatever US citizenship status he had (potential or otherwise, if any) by affirming his adoptive Indonesian citizenship through his actions as an adult (passport renewal and usage, acceptance of foreign student aid, etc.).
4) He probably did not register with the Selective Service within the required time frame (if at all - as Barry Soetoro the Indonesian why should he have), thereby forfeiting all rights to obtain or hold any federal office (this is one of the specific legal penalties of the SS act).

I read somewhere that he contends he was never legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro. If that's true is it more likely that he was born out of wedlock (since Obama Sr. was married to someone else at the time) and the name on the birth certificate is actually Dunham. There could later have been an affidavit of paternity filed that Obama Sr. would have had to sign to legally change the name to Obama? I'm beginning to get resentful of having to play the damn guessing here when the question should have been asked and answered when it was first raised. I would love to go back to on line poker or something. His covering his entire documented life is just ridiculous unless he really does have something to hide. No we can't let this go. He would be convicted and removed for fraud as well most of his accomplices at the top; likewise it would nullify all legislation and executive orders he has put forth. In order to commit treason you have to be a citizen. Three conditions define a natural born Citizen. To be one you must at the moment of your birth:
1. be born within the USA,
2. be born to a mother who is a current US citizen,
3. be born to a father who is a current US citizen.
