American Idol season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert has legions of passionate fans. If nominated for an award they actively vote for him, if he is sick they tweet get well messages. They attend the tour wearing glittery t-shirts, blue streaked extensions, and armed with puffy-paint posters that range from cute to witty to risqué. Some get tattoos and some create their own artwork. And they offer support when needed.
Some fans want to be with him during every step of his musical journey. Thousands listened to live audio broadcasts of the the American Idols Live Tour 2009 each night. Fans attending different tour stops dutifully held their cell phones up during the 50-city tour and the sound was then broadcast over a ustream channel so others from all over the country, and even the world, could listen in.
The tour just ended and some fans feel empty and lost without their nightly Adam concert fix. With their help on Adamofficial.com the following videos represent some of Adam Lambert's most memorable performances from the tour. And just like the puffy-paint posters they range from cute to witty to risqué.

OMG I can't decide! There are some performances I like that aren't included here. The unforgetable red whip during the Bowie medley.
Oops, unforgettable is spelled with two t's,and the performance was in Tampa. I also loved the very last group number where Adam is covered in silly string. I love when he throws the handcuffs, ands thinks that he hit someone. He smiles that gorgeous smile, then blows a kiss. I think that was in Tampa also.
For me the best performance was the Bowie-medley in Wilkes Barre.I just LOVED it and the blue boa...
I'm torn between #4 and #7. Finally voted for #7 since I think it's closest to what Adam's sound/performances will be when he goes solo. I really love the humor though when he performs with Allison.
I couldn't choose just one so I voted for all of them. I love everything He Does. He's the "BEST".

it is so damn hard to choose one among these..man! but I got to hand it to WLL cleveland, man the mic stand moves were so damn hot, I couldn't stop dreaming abt them. those cool mic moves started in cleveland. but the last show was the bomb too,esp slow ride. and my favorite out of his set wwere WLL and Bowie medley, I loved lets dance...he is a genius, he gives me chilllllllssss. I went to the minneapolis conceert btw, it was dope! I wa like 6 feets from his face and I say he is the Hottest man alve on this mother earth right now. He is so beutiful and graceful, I couldn't even hold my camera straight at him....so yummmmy...hamenahamenahamena...drooling!
Mic Stand - I was there, in St Louis, when you fainted from over-excitment. So glad to see you've recovered. Hope Adam gave you alot of tender loving care after the show. We all wanted to rush up and take you to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for observation, or to replace you for the night - Not sure which :-]
I was in Greensboro NC and in Syracuse NY and did the cellcast at both concerts..just wanted to say i feel so good that i had done that so everyone that could not attend a show would still feel like they were there

All are hot....can't choose one,sorry! all I can say is the man is on "FIRE", he is a true entertainer. Super hot, crazy-sexy moves, and the "stroking the mic stand" thing is freakin hot, I keep meltin everytime I see those and the hip movements, man....and he can do a pole-dance thing. I saw one clip where he does this wonderful moves at the far end of the stage. all I can say is God bless this "SUper star"....emuahh..kisses!

I envy all of you who experienced Adam's first concert. I wonder when he can do concerts outside of US. I want to be there for him all along his career since he captured me from his Bohemian Rhapsody and never miss a show but miss the AI tour all because I can't leave a project. But I'm there with all of you in spirit. I watch all his videos to get my Adam fix. Thank God for You Tube!

It is almost impossible to pick just one. Adam is amazing and smokin' hot in all of them. I loved Starlight in Duluth and
NYC-GMA, Slow Ride in Newark (1st nite, What the f is this!) and Bridgeport, WLL in Cleveland and Grand Rapids, Mad World in LI (2nd nite), Dallas and Chicago, and Bowie in all...haha. Seriously, Bowie was best in Philly, Rochester NY, Tampa and a few others... But my vote? not even on the list

Adams got defintly got one hot voice and the moves to go with it. Its hard to decide on which one to vote for so i voted for a few but loved the Philly one the best.
I choose Mad World from Rosemont. When Adam finished that song, I was already crying. So much emotion.
Adam brings something wildly different to each performance. I was extremely lucky to see him in Tampa. I was in the 2nd row right under him when he was playing with the red whip. It was easily the best performance I have ever seen. It's so overwhelming you want to see it over and over which is pretty much what I have done with the videos. Extremely difficult choice but I'm choosing Tampa because I will always remember being so close to Adam He is so beautiful/handsome/sexy/talented
Bowie Medley in Nassau was hot!! The video and audio from the Madison performances was stunning as well. Just love Adam doing his thing anywhere, anytime. Extraordinary!!!
Of course I have to vote for the Manchester New Hampshire show because it was the finale of the most amazing idol tour ever... and because Adam went sleeveless, lol. It was his finale, his big show, so it should win. I also am from the queen city, so I have to show some support
Thank you everybody for sharing your favorites so I can look them up and enjoy them. I'm having such a good time and am not even half way through them.
My absolute favorite so far hasn't been mentioned yet though. It is Mad World at Grand Rapids, MI by Mindchnger. It's really clear, really close up, and you can see Adam's gorgeous eyes, blue shiny eyeshadow, and glitter even in his eyebrows. Plus at the end, he does a move that is touching. I won't spoil it in case you haven't seen it yet. The whole performance, and seeing his eyes so clearly gives me goosebumps every time I see it.

My favorite was Bowie Medley in Wilkes Barre with the infamous Blue Boa and his "whut" question during Fame.
I voted for Whole Lotta Love in Hamilton Ontario not only because that's the show I went to (:P) but because he was sooooooooooo AMAZING and the screams were earth-shattering and the youtube videos do NOT do his voice justice... WHOLE LOTTA LOVE for ADAM LAMBERT

The videographer was MindChnger and it's a toss up which is best - either from the Rosemont (Chicago) concert or the Grand Rapids concert. They're both beautiful, it's just a matter of preference. ALL of the videos by MindChnger are great, but ESP. Mad World. NONE are better than these!
Oh, all the Adam performances are top notch and exquisite. He is amazingly talented. I am so thankful to have watched this man's star potential increase by the minute...
But - nothing - nothing - will ever be more wonderful to me than when I saw him perform with Queen. It doesn't get any better than that. (At least for me, it doesn't!) To me, that was a performance of a lifetime!
And tie that in with Adam's honorable and classy personality - in which so much money has been donated to charity in his name.
Between Donor's Choose and MusiCares - there's been over $200,000 dollars donated to charity in Adam's honor since August alone.
Greetings: Are the pictures of Adam Lambert in his first, after Idol album cover due out 11/24 slammin' or what? I nearly started to cry as I went through them - quite a delicious spread of Adam Lambert - he is a powerful gathering of smoldering love, Love, LOVE! Those dreamy blue eyes and little bit dirty, flirty smile are to die for - next he shakes those hips and dances sooooo sexy - he is so limber - an interesting thought ! He is a one of a kind, beautiful individual - he is real - WOW - he's like the wild Wild WIND, or fast moving comet that brings happiness to and lifts the spirits of those who are lucky enough to be in his presence and feel his aura - superior, it makes you feel like catching hold of the "tail" of that super comet and following him into a perfect lovein' Lambertland. I must say that HE's the ONE I have been waiting for all these years - his up-front package is quite impressive in that tight leather. Adam tickles my fancy - thank you Adam !

Tangrid-I did the best that I could. There are so many videos that it was impossible to watch all of them to pick the best ones. Since this article is pretty popular I can always do one again, perhaps after a solo tour if/when that happens. Thanks.
I went to the last show of the concert series. I have never been to an American Idol concert before so I had no idea what to expect. Since it was the last show there was a different type of atmosphere. I loved the rubber chicken during the bowie Medley. Someone threw the a rubber chicken and it missed the stage. The camera crew picked it up and started teasing Adam with it. You have to catch it on YouTube. My favorite though was Whole Lot of Love. With some of the constraints of the tv show gone we were treated to more of an "Adam-Like" performance. Let me say I was far from disappointed. He came out all glammed out and can he dance!! Check that out of You Tube too. He is brilliant!!
