Avenged Sevenfold knows how to put on a show. It was my third time to catch the California based alternative rock band in action and every time they have never disappointed.

“Nightmare” is one of my favorite songs… There is just something about saying the F word about 10 times when singing it out loud that is therapeutic. The band is more than that though. They look tough, but when listening to their interviews and lyrics, it’s apparent they have a huge range of emotion and intellect. And wow, the A7X fans are loyal. Love that!

The Uproar Festival, also called the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival, is an annual hard rock/heavy metal tour inaugurated in 2010 and sponsored by Rockstar Energy Drink. The concert was held at The Woodlands Pavilion on September 5th. Please visit www.rockstaruproar.com.
