Denver’s best country bar and dance hall was packed with wild, screaming fans covering the oval dance floor as Darryl Worley took the stage on the 26th of February. Darryl, sporting a classic country look; jeans and a white button down, awed the fans with the entirety of his latest album “Sounds like life” and his hit new song “Sounds like life to me.” It’s hard not to love his classic country sound and beautiful, rich voice with catchy and deep hearted meaningful lyrics.

Just in case your not familiar with any of his new songs you might find yourself more familiar with Darryl than you expected with his old hits such as “Tennessee River Run”, “Have you Forgotten?”, “Awful beautiful life” and “I Miss my Friend.” Darryl has been on the country music scene since 2000 when he produced his first album “Hard Rain Don’t Last” he has made 5 albums since and judging by the public’s reaction to his latest he will be bringing us more amazing hits year after year.

If you have never visited the Rose off of 58th and I-25 you should definitely check it out, you are guaranteed to have a good time. You will easily find yourself grinning somewhere between the L-shaped fully stock bar, scrumptious grill, gleaming pool tables, hunting video games, gift shop, the rockin’ mechanical bull and of course the large oval dance floor.
