Turning a PDF file into a doc or rtf file can be handy for editing. Doing it online can be even better when there is no software to load and install. PDFtoWord.com does just that.
The site opens to a screen that explains how it is free and simple. The three steps are on the front page in clear format. Step one: locate the file you want to convert. Step two: choose which format you would like to receive the converted document in. Step three: type the email address to receive the file.

The description of the website says it is the most accurate PDF to Word converter. In testing the site, a 48 page pdf file was perfectly converted and delivered via email. The formatting was in tact and the document was ready to edit in Microsoft Word ® or Open Office Writer ®.
Chosing the format in step two depends on the program that you use to edit word documents. Doc files can be read in Microsoft Word ® and Open Office Writer ®. RTF files can be read in these programs and also Microsoft WordPad ® which is included with all Windows versions.

Thanks for the comment!
Cool tips!
Handy to know about this.
I've tried those online services before. Sometimes I need to convert some classified PDF or personal PDF, so that online converters seem not that reliable to me. I'm using AnyBizSoft to convert PDF to Word for me, that's accurate, even protected PDF can be converted. Pretty cool.

Protect Yourself against E-Mail Phishing and Spoof Attacks
1. Be careful about clicking on links in e-mail messages. If a company you do business with is requesting
information from you, go directly to its Web site by typing the company's Web address in your browser, rather
than clicking on the link to submit the information. Do this by opening your browser and typing the Web address
yourself. Since URLs and e-mail addresses can be spoofed and
redirected, never submit sensitive information in e-mail form or via a link in an e-mail message.
2. Make sure you are on a secure site. If you do go directly to the Web site and are submitting any
information, check your browser and the URL. If the site is secure, your browser will show a "lock" graphic
(usually in the lower right corner), and the URL will begin with "https://" and not "http://". The "s" tells
you the server is employing secure HTTP.
3. If you suspect you have received a spoof e-mail, forward it to the company it appears to be from. The company can verify if it is indeed from them, or a fraud. Be sure
to forward the entire e-mail, including the header information. The company can use this information to try to
locate and stop the phisher — at least temporarily.
