The legendary comedy club Second City celebrated its 50th anniversary in Chicago on the weekend of December 11-13, 2009. I did not get to go to the comedy reunion of cast members, but did happen to sit next to original cast member Mina Kolb on the airplane from Los Angeles to Chicago. Kolb, a cast member from 1959, was frail looking but delighted to return to the stage of Second City for the 50th anniversary celebration in Chicago.
