After being released from federal prison only months ago on felony possession of an illegal firearm charge, Rapper T.I. (Clifford Harris) and his wife Tiny (Tameka Cottle ‘Harris’) was arrested on drug related charges late Wednesday in California after allegedly being found in possession of a controlled substance.
It was reported that an officer smelled marijuana from the celebs car after a routine traffic stop which led to the search of the vehicle.
The rapper had said to be remorseful for his previous run-ins with the law in which he was released on probation, only to have new charges pending. This is not looking good for T.I. as this may lead up to violation of probation on his behalf. The weird and eccentric scenario about this arrest is that neither celeb was charged with driving under the influence.
Just days ago he was celebrating the success of his hit movie “Takers” only to end the celebration behind bars.
Although California is a bankrupt state, many are calling this arrest a setup. This does means more mega dollars $$ for the state, but blaming someone else for a crime you’ve committed is ludicrous.
We all make mistakes in life, some more than others, and the kind of heart T.I. has one can only guess that he will accept his wrong doings and own up to them. In November, California will be voting on Proposition 19 so if marijuana is legalized, it will turn out in the rapper’s favor, but he will still be held liable for the taxes on the marijuana.

This is messed up right here. When did he get out of jail? Now he's back, and then he puts his wife in jeopardy like this. You would think people would learn from their mistakes and think about their children but evidently they don't.

This is ludicrous! Didn't he have an reality show helping teens and trying to guide them in the right direction. (I'm just saying).
When is this going to end. I mean why give good advice if you're not going to follow it. His movie is number one in the country and he goes and make a silly mistake like this. Ridiculous.
