Andrew brings a wealth of experience and involvement in community service and activism. He has experience as an educator with Gwinnett County Public Schools (GA), along with providing tutoring and student coaching services for middle and high school students. He currently serves on multiple boards, advisory, and leadership positions, including the L.E.A.D. Foundation, Inc. (a nonprofit he helped establish). As a result of his work, he has made multiple television appearances on People TV and WSB-TV (Atlanta), and is named a 2004 recipient of WB-36 TV's Unsung Heroes Award for Community Service.
