Originally from San Francisco, Jasmine Rios is a freelance writer based in San Diego. Schooled in music, drama, and dance, Rios furthered her education at San Jose State University by pursuing Journalism & Mass Communications. In 1997, she received her bachelors degree in Advertising. Currently, Rios writes performance reviews for Dance International Magazine based in Vancouver, Canada and the national online magazine ExploreDance.com based in New York City.
