'Iron Man 2' set to hit theaters in May of 2010.
If you weren’t exactly looking forward to going back to your weekly grind of school or work after the long Thanksgiving holiday, maybe the unveiling of the first official 'Iron Man 2' poster might perk you up.
Today, director Jon Favreau tipped everyone off about the poster via this twitter update.
Revealed exclusively at Yahoo Movies on Monday afternoon, the poster includes our eponymous hero (starring Robert Downey Jr.), as well as the first look at the very anticipated silver-screen debut of War Machine. Of course, most everyone by now should know that the character wearing the heavily weaponized suit of armor is James “Rhodey” Rhodes, with Don Cheadle playing the character in the sequel.
The poster does what a good one-sheet is supposed to do: whet audiences’ appetites, and this one is done so very well, and also so very simple.

2010 may just be around the corner, but May 2010 is still a ways away.
