Agimat Comics is the producer of a manga-inspired ongoing web comic titled Shadow Candy, which can be viewed at www.shadowcandy.com. Shadow Candy follows the adventures of three ninjas: Hiro, Kaz, and Sayaka. Much of the action centers around the two male characters, Hiro and Kaz. These two individuals are rival ninjas who often bicker and fight among themselves, but ultimately they end up on the same side, fighting for good. The action is smartly complemented with some great humor that makes for an enjoyable read.
The artwork for the comic is stunning. Bright colors are often contrasted with darker shades of gray. The characters are cartoonish in nature with round, oversized heads and over-accentuated facial expressions.
