Dustin Platt began his professional culinary education in 1992, and his life-long love affair with food
continues as he explores all aspects of the culinary realm. He graduated from San Francisco State
University in 2009 with a B.A. in English Lit, and enjoys travelling throughout the North State in search of
gustatory gold. He believes strongly in “terroir at the table,” and lives in the Central Valley.
