Christmas may be over, but the folks at InterMat are still playing Santa... by giving away free tickets to the Iowa State vs Minnesota dual meet in Minneapolis on January 3.
According to an article posted at the amateur wrestling website, that Sunday is InterMat Day as the Golden Gophers host the Cyclones at 2 pm Central at the Sports Pavilion on the University of Minnesota campus. It is expected to be a tightly-contested battle between two of the nation's top-ranked college wrestling programs.
InterMat is offering free general admission tickets to the dual meet. InterMat is giving away a total of 100 tickets. Tickets will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis until the 100 tickets are gone. Each person may receive up to two tickets.
If interested in receiving free tickets, please send an email to giveaway@intermatwrestle.com with subject line "Ticket Giveaway." In order to be eligible for the giveaway, you must include the following information:
1. Your name (Will be used for pickup at the Will Call window)
2. Your city and state
3. Number of tickets (1 or 2)
Winners will be notified by email.
