What a year it's been for Rob Koll.
The head wrestling coach at Cornell University led his Big Red wrestlers to a program-best second-place finish at the 2010 NCAA Division I championships, with four All-Americans, including 141-pound freshman champ Kyle Dake. Then, earlier this week, Koll was named 2010 Coach of the Year by the amateur wrestling website InterMat.
Koll is also one of many top college coaches who provided information and resources for the brand-new book The Ultimate Guide to Wrestling Camps. In the book, Koll provides his refreshingly honest take on topics such as how to choose a wrestling camp, where to attend a camp, and what youth wrestlers and parents need to consider when choosing a wrestling camp, among the many other tips.
