2009 will certainly go down in the history books as one of the most eventful since the manmade climate change theory became such a hot topic. While the public has been told the ‘debate is over’, the past year has proven it is anything but.
The year saw serious events such as the Climategate email scandal, the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen and the ongoing back and forth in the scientific community. Mixed among the serious debate at hand though were many humorous moments.
Al Gore provided a number of them by his frequent misstatements or there were the other outrageous claims by global warming alarmists that caused a chuckle. Political cartoons throughout the year tackled the climate change debate from all sides proving that you can find humor in even the most serious of topics if you look hard enough.
Climate Change Fraud has compiled a good compendium of the past year’s best cartoons from a variety of sources. Click here to take a look.
