John Cahill has observed the Nevada political landscape for a half century. Following 30 years as a Juvenile Parole Officer, Cahill became active in party politics by founding the Nevada Outdoor Democratic Caucus, promoting rights for individuals that use but never abuse the great Nevada outdoors. Cahill's views are unabashedly partisan but reflect a typically Western independent and libertarian bent. Cahill now serves the citizens of Clark County as an elected Democrat in the position of Public Administrator.
