Most aware Americans have heard the debate on Global Warming. Now known as Climate Change as it has been proven that global temperatures are dropping and sea surface temperatures drop and warming can no longer be used.
Many of us are aware that there is going to be a treaty conference hosted by the UN in Copenhagen in December of this year.
According to Lord Christopher Monckton, this is nothing at all good for America. Over the weekend he gave a speech to Minnesota Free Market Institute where he claimed that the Treaty to be signed there would give up US Sovereignty.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I was not aware of this particular treaty. I watched the entire video above, but did not read the treaty you provided; however, our Constitution states in Article II, Section 2 the following:
"He [the President] shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur..."
As corrupt as our present Federal Government has become, even to this day, Obama will not get 2/3rds of the Senate to agree to such a Treaty.
We never thought that the house would pass the blatantly unconstitutional Health Care Bill either.
I am still going through the treaty with a fine toothed comb. That is one of the reasons I published it, so that we ALL can and it is not hidden in the dark with us unaware of it's existence let alone its content.
Enough said.
Agreed, having the Treaty available to read is important, and I appreciate you providing a space for us to read it. We must realize though that 2/3rds approval by the Senate is a much tougher task then a simple 51% majority in a House vote.
And the House has not passed a Healthcare bill, they have passed a Cap and Trade bill, but no Healthcare bill. Healthcare bills have only passed committees in both the House and Senate, but they have yet to come to either floor of the Houses of Congress and passed.
As far as this treaty goes, we still have protections here for our Sovereignty through a 2/3rds approval by the Senate (that's 66%), virtually an impossibility to achieve in a vote in the Senate, and it is important to keep this in mind.

What you deniers about "Climate change" do not understand is its not as much an issue as warming /cooling, its the loss of temperate zones. Why is it that people with a differing opinion these days must immediately resort to name calling. So I'm a "tool" according to you. It is so sad to see people in this country whom have completely lost their ability to think critically. The corruption in our federal government is so vast, and yes it rests on both sides of the aisle.
If you would take an honest look at climate change, you would understand that the Sun activity of which we have absolutely no control over plays the most significant role in temperature changes on this planet.
But people no longer look at issues honestly anymore. They simply pick a side and then spew perjoratives at the other side with whom they disagree. Where has the civility and decorum gone? More importantly, will it ever return?

Perhaps the Norwegian Nobel Committee believe that President Obama 'deserves' the Nobel Peace Prize because he will 'earn' it by signing the (United Nations) Copenhagen Climate Treaty...an agreement to implement global goverance that will cede US sovereignty and redistribute wealth (US corporate technology and US funds) from developed countries to undeveloped countries.
And President Obama did state the intent 'to fundamentally transform the United States of America'.
Hopefully, your article and due diligence of 'the people' will expose the fact that the Copenhagen Climate Treaty dwarfs both the US Congressional call for National Health Care AND Cap & Trade combined.

Any thinking person can once again note that when Birfoons and similar freeptard kooks make claims about what a treaty or a law etc. says, they absolutely NEVER include a direct quote of what is supposed to support their claim. The reason is simple: they don't have any. Birfoons and similar freeptard kooks just lie about everything all the time.

Publishing the actual document is not good reporting??? Are you worried that hunting Americans are going to start to get the taste for dog in their diet? Global warming is a crock. We have just had one of the coldest years in recorded history. Greenpeace was caught making their data up. Anyone who thinks any money generated from this hoax is going to go to the people of developing countries is naive at best, crazy at worst.
