The Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles will be the place to shop and hear a few tunes, live tunes that is. Justin Bieber is scheduled to be there at 6pm to give a concert and flip the switch for the annual holiday event at the Citadel Outlets.
If you aren't in the know, Justin Bieber happens to be one of the hottest teen singers out there (move over Jonas Brothers) and one nice guy to all his fans His concerts and performances are pulling in thousands of teenagers, so if you can see him for free, well, then you shouldn't even be thinking about this opportunity!
The Justin Bieber show starts at 6pm in front of the 90 foot Christmas tree (you can't miss it), but it is advisable to be there early as there are concerts starting at 3pm prior to Beiber hitting the stage at 6pm.
