Cheapest gas prices in Seattle and surrounding area

Gas prices continue a slow descent in the Seattle area. The lowest prices for unleaded gas on Wednesday were in southern Seattle: $2.53 a gallon at the ARCO on Delride Way and $2.55 at the Costco near Industrial Way.
There are some gas stations below $2.50 a gallon. To see a complete list of area gas prices, click here.
A mapquest guide lists some of lowest gas prices in just the Seattle city limits.
Gasbuddy.com reports that the average price per gallon of unleaded gas in Seattle on Wednesday was $2.71, compared to the U.S. average of $2.48. A month ago, Seattle's average was $2.85. A year ago it was an appauling $4.35.
