People aged from late teens to senior citizens seek out Botox because it maintains the ability to paralyze muscles, relieving stress lines or creases in the process. Results can be achieved with minimal discomfort, usually within days, and can last for four months. Injection sights can be numbed beforehand with icepacks or anesthetic cream for the squeamish.

Evans estimates 10 minutes for the procedure, and some people even schedule it during their lunch hours.

Dermal fillers are Hyaluronic Acid-based components, some of which are known as Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm. These non-animal based synthetic or bacteria fillers also debuted in the celebrity world. They have since been embraced by the working woman and man to restore skin volume, and smooth wrinkles and folds from moderate to severe. Fillers are injected for instant results and offer long-lasting results, usually from one to two years.

Sclerotherapy is the use of injections and laser to remove small spider veins. Treatments are spaced 6-8 weeks apart and generally require 3-5 sessions. Evans provides free vein assessments.

"Skin care for anti-aging, and overall, should be simple," said Evans. "Those who age the smartest use a topical treatment of Vitamin C in the morning and Vitamin A at night. And, no one should go without a facial sunscreen of at least SPF 45."

AFA Skin Care products, manufactured in Ferndale by Biopelle, Inc. and also sold at Eastside, treats all skin types, exfoliating the dead skin and rejuvenating every face. With an amino acid base and the addition of dead sea minerals, it energizes each user's own skin to maximize the ingredients of AFA and rejuvenate the face.

Evans hopes to offer one-stop services for Eastside patients. Mammograms and bone density tests in the clinic could easily be followed by a skin treatment and taking time out for skin rejuvenation.

"I would love to be able to pamper women; we never take time for ourselves, and health and relaxation could be just the answer," she said.
