Say what you want about KHOW's morning drive time talk host, Peter Boyles, (he has been called everything from a racist to a communist), but one thing you cannot say is that he is not determined and afraid to go out on a limb.
Consider the Obama birth certificate controversy, an issue that has been scrupulously ignored by Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the pantheon of conservative talk show hosts. Although it would be unfair, because of the wide range of his sometimes unpredictable opinions, to label Boyles a conservative commentator as such, surprisingly, he alone has taken up this mantle.
Surprising, that is, for two reasons the first being the potential stakes involved. If, the critics were proved right, and it could be demonstrated that Obama was born in Kenya and not Hawaii, and if the courts held that made Obama ineligible for the Presidency, the Constitutional questions are staggering with far from clear consequences.
The other reason is that the puzzling reaction from the Obama staff, supporters and the Governor of Hawaii concerning the question.
Among the doubters of the Hawaiian birth certificate are virulent Obama opponents, some of which, such as Jerome Corsi, apparently fear an Obama presidency only slightly less than a bird flu pandemic. In an article on World Net Daily Corsi contends that, in response to his requests for the Obama birth certificate, Linda Lingle, the Governor of Hawaii ordered the Obama birth certificate under seal and ordered the state Health Department to refuse all press requests for the original documents. Even the attempts of Obama supporters to debunk the controversy may have raised more questions than they answered. The birth certificate on both the Obama and "Fight the Smears" website does not reveal the name of the hospital at which Obama was born. Indeed to many it looks much more like a simple registration of birth, that Obama's mother could have applied for according to Hawaiian law, regardless of where Obama was actually born (http://www.fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate).
Boyle's guests on the subject have also included Philip J. Berg, a Hillary Clinton supporter, who actually filed suit to attempt to block the DNC from nominating Obama and Debbie Schlussel (http://www.debbieschlussel.com), an unabashed Zionist who fears the Obama associations with Rev. Wright, the Nation of Islam and others. That Berg's lawsuit was thrown out of court indicates that regardless of the facts of where Obama was physically born in 1961, it is very unlikely he will be denied the Presidency on that basis alone. What it does indicate is as far as Boyles is concerned, at least, Obama will enjoy no honeymoon.

There are two documents.
The one released by the Obama camp is a "certificate of live birth". It is a printout of data stored in a database on official state stationary. Its a product of a "mail merge". In response to the growing controversy, the Obama camp released this document to Annenburg's FactCheck.org, an organization he had/has a relationship with.
The document that Philip Berg and others are suing to see is the original "vault birth certificate". It is the document that the doctor signed at the time of his birth. The Obama camp is fighting tooth and nail to keep this from being released. Hawaiin officials say that they have seen this document and that it is a valid birth certificate but don't reveal where the document says he was born. They are playing lawyer parsing word tricks. They are spinning.
Obama could make this whole thing go away by releasing the "vault birth certificate". Instead he has allowed this matter to fall into the same Supreme Court that installed George Bush in 2000.

In the context of the first few cases to make to the Supreme Court, the Birth Certificate is not critical to the central questions.
In Berg's case, he states Obama's being adopted by the Indonesian and then moving to Indo for a number years triggers a loss of US Citizenship under the laws of the time and that the Laws at the time of his repatriation required him to make an oath of allegiance at a Post Office or something to restore his citizenship.... which there is no record of.
IMHO someone should be ineligible to be President if after birth they become a citizen of another country.
Since Obama's Citizenship was revoked for a period of time , if ever did become a Citizen again then he is a Naturalized Citizen.
Berg also mentioned in his case all the statments Obama's family members have made that raise questions about the assumptions people make.
Some relatives say he was born in Kenya, others say in Hospital A in HI , and others in Hospital B.

I can't believe the degree of ignorance about this subject. Obama applied for and received a copy of his birth certificate. In Hawaii, NOBODY gets anything but a short-form certificate. This is Hawaii law and applies to EVERYONE. The state keeps the long-form or vault certificate in the vault. The short-form is legal for all purposes in the state including running for office or getting a drivers license.
The vault certificate was examined and authenticated by two state officials. As I said, nobody gets a vault copy in that state, even if you request one.
As to vote fraud, it has been admitted by the Repugs that there was none. Give it a rest. Obama is president and you can just cry in your beer.
In Hawaii, if a person is born in the state, the short form will list the birth as "recorded" at the hospital the child was born in. If a person is born overseas, and their foreign birth certificate is presented as proof, Hawaii provides a short form certificate of live birth that says "accepted", with no hospital mentioned. What Obama provided as "proof" was the certificate of live birth that was "accepted", as he was born in Kenya, NOT in Hawaii.
If Berg's suit is not selected for the SCOTUS, then we know that there is corruption in the highest court, and our Constitution is being violated.

Oh People, There appears to be no understanding what this issue really is. This was an issue of Obama's eligibility way before the election. It isn't a racial problem, it isn't a Republican or Democrat issue. This is a consitutional issue.

I understand that it has probably been a long time since you learned what the eligibility criteria was for the President of the US. There are 3 requirements...just 3. The issue that is of concern is if Obama is a "natural born" citizen. That is the most important requirement. The President and VP must be natural born citizens under the Constitution. There is no other job in the US that has this requirement.
The term "natural born citizen" refers to a status you must attain at the time you are "born". If you aren't a natural born citizen at birth, you'll never be one.
Obama has on his web site, that he was born in Hawaii, his mother was an American citizen, and his father was from Kenya (British subject). Natural Born citizen requires that he be born on US soil. He was. Unfortunately, his lineage follows his father's. So Obama really had duel citizenship. His citizenship would come under the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment confers the status of "Citizen" not "Natural born citizen."
If citizenship is codified in the Code of Federal Regulations, then a person is NOT a “natural born citizen.” Barack Obama’s citizenship is codified in the Code of Federal Regulations. Therefore, Barack Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” because it came through Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4. If one's citizenship is the result of a LAW, then they are not a Natural Born citizen.
Obama knows the requirement, yet he ran for office anyway. He taught constitutional law. How dare he do this to the American public? I have seen the legal document he signed in AZ stating he was a natural born citizen and that he was qualified under the constitution. He lied. He signed it knowing that it was a lie.

DO you suffer from the delusion that just because Obama got away with running it means he is eligible. Sorry the Constitution trumps 66 Million citizens/votes as much as you don't want to hear that. Are you aware Roger Celaro and his ticket was on the ballot in 14 states. Calero is not even a US Citizen and was born in Nicaragua in the US on a green card and to top all this, is a CONVICTED FELON for selling drugs. The United States let this man run for President. Only a small number of states kicked him off the ballot. Maybe Rod Blagojevich can do us all a favor and drag Obama down with him, there are signs that prosecutors may think Obama is involved and by today's stories it looks like Obama is starting to take some heat for it. The people getting busted in this corruption scandle in Illinois are going to sing like canaries to save their butts and they will give up others involved. I wondered the day Rod was busted if the way Obama was in 10th gear getting everything for his Presidency set in motion, if he didn't know this was coming and wanted to be ready for Inauguration day and get under the protection of the office of President and be protected from prosecution.
All in all I don't think this NBC issue is going to go away at all and I think Obama will get sued left and right the whole time he is President. The Electors can stop this right now, They do not have to vote for Obama and the 20th Amendment section 3 clearly states what needs to be done. Their first duty is to uphold the Constitution not their pledge, but it wont take all 538 will it. Do the math. The Electoral counts were 365-173. If only 97 electors decide to uphold the US Constitution, that gives McCain 270 and Obama 268 and delivers the White House to McCain. There are 256 electoral votes in states that have NO LAW that requires the elector to vote for who they are pledged to. That's more then enough to change who is President. BTW I don't listen to Rush Limbaugh.
Oh People, There appears to be no understanding what this issue really is. This was an issue of Obama's eligibility way before the election. It isn't a racial problem, it isn't a Republican or Democrat issue. This is a consitutional issue.

I understand that it has probably been a long time since you learned what the eligibility criteria was for the President of the US. There are 3 requirements...just 3. The issue that is of concern is if Obama is a "natural born" citizen. That is the most important requirement. The President and VP must be natural born citizens under the Constitution. There is no other job in the US that has this requirement.
The term "natural born citizen" refers to a status you must attain at the time you are "born". If you aren't a natural born citizen at birth, you'll never be one.
Obama has on his web site, that he was born in Hawaii, his mother was an American citizen, and his father was from Kenya (British subject). Natural Born citizen requires that he be born on US soil. He was. Unfortunately, his lineage follows his father's. So Obama really had duel citizenship. His citizenship would come under the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment confers the status of "Citizen" not "Natural born citizen."
If citizenship is codified in the Code of Federal Regulations, then a person is NOT a “natural born citizen.” Barack Obama’s citizenship is codified in the Code of Federal Regulations. Therefore, Barack Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” because it came through Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4. If one's citizenship is the result of a LAW, then they are not a Natural Born citizen.
Obama knows the requirement, yet he ran for office anyway. He taught constitutional law. How dare he do this to the American public? I have seen the legal document he signed in AZ stating he was a natural born citizen and that he was qualified under the constitution. He lied. He signed it knowing that it was a lie.
No one has seen his passport, or any other records, they are all hidden. But you see, it still makes no difference. Just from his web site the answers are there.
If he takes the oath of office, he is a usurper. Anything he signs i.e., bills, treaties, laws are illegal.. all null and void. The military doesn't have to do anything he says nor do citizens. Anyone he appoints to office, all their documents are null and void also. They have no power. Because he isn't really the president, he can't be impeached either. So this is the real issue, our Constitution.
Our enemies are watching very closely. It was written about in Russia's newspaper, PRAVDA. This constitutional issue is not being reported correctly in the USA, instead it is totally wrong and misconstrued. Yes, Obama is a citizen, but not a natural born citizen. By the way, no one else has questioned Obama, not the DNC, not Hillary, NO ONE has verified that he is a natural born citizen. NO ONE. It is up to the Secretaries of State, and they should have verified his eligibility before his name went on the ballot..they didn't. Yet the SOS and electors took an oath to uphold the Constitution before they send their electoral votes to the Electoral College.
There are 19 lawsuits in 12 states, 3 pending in the US Supreme Ct.and more making their way through the state court systems. All for the same purpose. Also, there is another case in the Supreme Ct. on the docket for tomorrow, it is up for discussion. So no, it isn't over yet. And the other cases weren't thrown out for lack of merit, they were for no standing..which sends them up to another court. There are two petitions and over 250,000 people signed them. Then after signing, letters were sent to their Senators and Representatives.
He thinks we are stupid, and everyone has joined his bandwagon saying we're right wing nut jobs etc., because they don't know the definition of natural born...and that there are 3 categories of citizens: Natural born; Naturalized; and just plain citizen. (By the way, McCain wasn't eligible either as he got his citizenship through a law). These suits were started way before the election, so that this wouldn't happen. Obama has thumbed his nose at the US Constitution, and expects the citizens to do it too. The Constitution is the law of the land. If McCain had won, the same thing would be happening.
I am sane, smart, and I do know the consequences of having Obama in office as a usurper. Now you do too. Does this sound like a ridiculous claim now?

I think the judges are afraid that they will lose their seat, that is why they throw it out of court. They don't even look at the papers, if they did they would try the case. And hawaii people that are lying for him should be sued for obstructing justice. anyone that goes therough so much to hide something is definetly lying.

For the BHO II Hawaiian Aug 4 1961 COLB to be accurate the following improbable events needed to occur:
1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands.
2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.
3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.
10 months after her first day at the U of HI, she delivers BHO II and immediately leaves her parents, her new husband, and her home, to fly alone with a newborn 2800 miles to Seattle to start college at the U of W.
Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard.
This is an implausible series of events made even more nefarious because Obama II in his 2 bio books never mentions his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was in Washington State during this time.
Barack’s sister was born in Indonesia, and has a COLB from Hawaii like Obama II. She is NOT a “Natural Born Citizen” of the USA as required by the Constitution to become president…and Obama probably isn’t either.
