Crusted pork chop recipe

This McCormick Crusting Blend makes this an economical and easy dish to prepare. As it cooks in the oven it offers a comforting smell to your home. Make this for Thanksgiving or for a Christmas party and when your guests arrive, the smell will make your them ready to eat!

 

 

 

Crusted Pork Chops

  • 1 package of McCormick Crusting Blend (French onion pepper and herb)
  • 4 boneless, skinless pork chops, about ¼ inch thick
  • Oil for frying

Defrost pork chops.
Lightly coat them with oil.
Coat with Crusting Blend.
Fry in a non-stick pan in oil until brown and crusted on each side.
Place in a 375* oven for 25 minutes.
Test with meat thermometer to test doneness.

You can also cover these with brown gravy!
