Ken Shay, an ordained minister for more than thirty years, was a missionary in Asia, a researcher for the Institute of Chinese Studies, and the Director of Admissions and Registrar for William Carey International University. He has taught religious seminars all over the United States and in several countries. He is a graduate of U.C., Riverside and Fuller Seminary.
