For some reason, Barack Hussein Obama, 44th President of the United States, bowed to Akihito the Emperor of Japan. And the internet is abuzz! Even some people in the U.K. have dubbed him "Groveller-in-Chief." Why? Because we're not talking about one of those nice polite little 10 degree bows which you've seen Japenese people do on TV. This was a "let me show you how low I can go" type of bow. "Let me show you the back of my head" type of bow. "Let me defer to you because you are superior to me" type of bow.
Some may say this was a mistake, or he was confused, or he didn't know any better, even though the President is surrounded by people who advise and educate him on all manner of protocol; however, they may have given him poor advice or information.
One could also argue whether this is a typical greeting in Japan, or an appropriate greeting in the presence of the Emperor. But is it?
Here is a link to a blog entitled "President Obama vs. The Rest of the World Greeting The Emperor of Japan (Photos)" which shows other world leaders shaking the Emperor's hand. Notice that Prime Ministers don't bow to Akihito like that. Other Presidents don't bow like that. Even the King of Morroco didn't bow like that.
So why did he do it? Why did he bow to the Emperor of Japan after bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia? Is Obama unaware of the public disapproval for bowing to the Saudi King? Does he not care? Is it because he got away with not putting his hand on his heart during the playing of the National Anthem that he feels he can simply do whatever he wants, regardless of what people think, or how it appears, because he has his own agenda and if need be he can spin it anyway he wants knowing that enough people will believe him?
To add insult to American injury, Japan was the country that attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, the event that launched the U.S. into World War II. The war would have continued had we not dropped atomic bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Obama's well-documented bow took place just after Veteran's day - our national holiday which pays homage to the American soliders who paid with their blood for our freedom. Was this Obama's way of saying "On behalf of the American people, I'm sorry?"
Before he was elected, Obama apologized to Germany and the world for America's actions. Nevermind the fact that America helped save Germany and the rest of the world from Adolf Hitler. That we helped war-torn countries to rebuild. That we have continued to help virtually every nation on earth. Every nation that has not attacked us, and even those who have. And every nation that we have sworn to defend.
The United States of America has sent financial aid, soldiers, ministers, doctors, you name it, to hurting people around the globe, and he has the audacity to demean and embarass the very country that has elevated him to the highest status on earth. Why does he do this? Is it a lack of regard for this country and the people within it? Is that his mindset? Look at his spiritual mentor who said "God bless America? No! God d*** America!" and his attorney wife who openly spoke from her heart saying: "For the first time in my adult life, I'm really proud of my country." Look at the people whom he has chosen to surround himself with who are criminals, racists, communists, socialists, and other questionable characters. Birds of a feather flock together, and bad company corrupts good morals.
Perhaps we should remember the too often ignored wisdom of our founding fathers who had the courage and the foresight to declare such things as: "Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers." ~ John Jay, first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
It is important that our nation, which was founded on Christian principals, by people who loved God and country, stand strong and proud on it's heritage, rekindling it's Godly morals and values, which allowed it to become the most prosperous nation on earth, the most generous nation on earth, and the most successful refuge on earth. A nation which put it's people first, and bowed to no one but the Lord God Almighty who alone is worthy of all honor and praise.

I think the more salient point to be made of this is that for years...going back to the days of Hirohito....the Mikado has made it clear that he does not wish world leaders to bow to him...and none have....by blatantly ignoring the Mikado's express wishes on this point of protocol,Obozo dissed him in front of the entire world in a pathetic attempt to show how hip and cool and multi-culti he is....yet another reason not to elect an historically ignorant community organizer as President....as if we needed more reasons.

I have always voted for the candidate that I felt would do a better job, for any office. As a Democrat, this has, on many occasions, meant splitting the party ticket. I don't believe that either party has a lock on good, qualified candidates.
However, at 68 years of age, I have become seriously disgusted by the depths to which the Republican Party has lowered itself in what very clearly appears to be blatent racism.
Since no member of the Republican Party seems to have enough character in them to speak out strongly against the anti-Obama anti-American attitude being displayed by their comrades, I will never again vote for a single Republican.
I hope that America will join me in this rejection of the Anti-Americanism being displayed. P.S., I ALWAYS vote !
Amen, John! I'm also highly disgusted at the depths of disrespect and disregard the "right" feels it needs to go to in complaining about Mr. Obama's every move. Especially the name calling. It's a sad state of affairs, to be sure. And, by the way, George Bush also had plenty of advisors surrounding him while he was President and he made more than enough gaffs to last a lifetime.
Lastly, the jingoistic fundamentalism portrayed in this article is in opposition to the forgiving, love-centered words of Jesus.
