An article released yesterday at Christiansunite.com explains how homeschoolers' ACT test scores compared to the national average.
The figures?
Homeschoolers: 22.5
National Average: 21.1
This is a pretty good indicator that, at the very least, homeschooled students are every bit as academically prepared as other students in the country.
Despite long-time social stigma and general skepticism, homeschooling and part-time homeschooling programs are fast becoming more and more acceptable as a viable alternative to the public education system.

Seriously, every kid I know that is homeschooled is smarter than most other kids I know. I don't know what it is, but for some reason it seems like they are exposed to more subjects and even extra-curricular opportunities.
