Helena is the creator and founder of http://www.teawithmommy.com and the mother of two awesome and inquisitive boys. Helena encourages parents to look inside of themselves for parenting answers and to do their own research when it comes to making decisions for their families. Helena has lived in many places around the world and has finally made awesome Vancouver, Canada her home, where she guides her sons in a life learning adventure and works on her passions from home. Though Helena has spent many years in school getting several degrees: B.S. in Biology, B.A. in Philosophy, M.A. in Biochemistry, and flute performance; and has been a working mom before doing biochemistry research, she believes that staying at home with her kids is the best and most important job in the world.
