Emily Kennedy is a Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner with degrees in Foods and Nutrition as well as Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. In addition to nutrition counseling, Emily educates people about functional "superfoods", popular diets and cookbooks, natural nutrition and menu planning through her research and writing.
