"They like playing in the trunk." Michael Monahan
Michael Monahan, Massachusetts, locked his 3 and 6 year-old sons in the trunk of his Pontiac Trans Am for several minutes while he went inside of a store.
Monahan stated that the boys liked playing in the trunk and he loves his kids. He pleaded not guilty to assault and reckless endangerment of a child and is out on cash bail. The boys are in the custody of their mother.
It can only be imagined, what happened behind closed doors in this family. What other horrors have these boys suffered at the hand of their father and others before this came to light.
