Body of Cubs catcher Blanco's brother found in Venezuela

Chicago Cubs Examiner
The bullet-riddled body of Cubs free agent catcher Henry Blanco’s brother has been found in Venezuela. Reports differ as to exactly where the body was found. One report says the body was found in the Caracas suburb of Guarnas. Another report states the body was found in Monpote, in the state of Miranda. Police in Venezuela believe that Carlos Simon Blanco (or Carlos Simon Blanco Sanchez}, 39, had been kidnapped and was being held for ransom. Blanco, now a free agent, is rumored to have been in talks with the kidnappers for his brother’s release after he was reported being kidnapped sometime on Sunday night.
Blanco spent four years as the Cubs back-up catcher. He, along with Kerry Wood and others, was not offered arbitration by the Cubs. He is currently a free agent and playing winter ball in Venezuela.

Hey Miriam, the title of your article reads like Henry Blanco was killed, not his brother.
It's a pretty sad storya lot of Venezuelan players don't feel safe in their homeland. Because they're such high-profile people in Venezuela, they and their family members are often subject to kidnapping threats, which I think is where the whole Ugueth Urbina fiasco began.
EDITOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Grief....PLEASE READ all copy before writing a headline. HENRY Blanco was NOT found dead. It's his brother.
Bad, bad...for a web site trying to shape a future!!!
