Dr. Howard Fuller, founding chairman of the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, addressed 1,500 charter school supporters headed to Capitol Hill for the largest advocacy effort in the movement's history:
“...If this movement is going to mean anything, we’ve got to close that achievement gap. We’ve got to eliminate that achievement gap.”
