Kim Kardashian wants to smash those Cookie Diet weight loss claims until they're mere crumbs

Kim Kardashian contends that when it comes to cookies, she doesn't even nibble on the Cookie Diet weight loss system. According to TMZ, a "cease and desist letter" from Kim's lawyer is on its way to the creator of the Cookie Diet, Dr. Sanford Siegal, whose website and publicity materials claim that Kim has used the Cookie Diet for weight loss.

About that cease and desist letter:  the missive reportedly tells the Cookie Diet Guru to remove a link on his website that gives the "false impression" that Kim relies on the diet cookies to lose extra pounds.
