Just two days after Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violation of probation, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has resigned. According to TMZ, Holley is being replaced by Tiffany Feder-Cohen.
There has been no word on why Shawn Chapman Holley quit or whether the split was mutual.
Feder-Cohen is a brand spanking new lawyer who only just passed the bar in November of 2009. She graduated from law school in 2006.
Tiffany Feder-Cohen has never represented a celebrity but does follow Kourtney Kardashian, Brooke Burke and Elizabeth Taylor on Twitter.
The word is that Tiffany Feder-Cohen will be helping Lindsay Lohan file an appeal in hopes of getting out of her jail sentence. Legal experts say that isn't likely to work.
